Really quick to take my money
Not so quick to deliver wardrobe and even slower to respond to the problem once delivered

Good quality wardrobe. Instructions were clear, spent some time marking up which piece was which and got it built in about 3 hrs.

Great response to an email on a Sunday from Wardrobe Direct Aftersales service, following minor frustration with Live Chat.

The wardrobe was delivered within the time frame their website stated (although I had to chase them for an update, so that could be improved). It took 2-3 people to build/ install the wardrobe, but it only took about half a day to do and the instructions were easy to follow. The wardrobe is a really good size, and I really like it. My only niggle is that one of the side walls pops out a little bit at the top if we close one of the the sliding doors with a push, so we have to make sure the we close that for gently. My husband says that will be easy to fix though with wood glue/a bracket on the inside.

Wardrobe we ordered I think its very good price to quality, order processed very quickly, even state it takes 4-5 weeks to deliver, we received delivery comfirmation after 5 days, assembly of wardrobe it's easy, did it by myself only, on the manual stated 3 people need, i'am handyman for work so that's maybe help, oweral all perfect, wardrobe it's beautiful, thank you very much.

The wardrobes are of really good quality. We were so pleased we bought 2. The delivery guys were great and they arrived on time. I would highly recommend this product.

Awful customer service, as stated in some other reviews regarding wardrobe direct they just seem to ignore you.
I ordered a wardrobe door almost three months ago now and still have not received it. I emailed multiple times and tried communicating via their online chat however it was just ignored. I later received an email apologising and they said they would get back to me but I didn’t hear anything. I of course emailed again and received only a sorry about that apology and said I will not be getting any money back.
I will never be using this company again.

Awful customer service , damaged goods delivered and assembled, refusal to collect or refund… cowboys

I’ve had contacted Wardrobe Direct over 3 times via email regarding a fault with the wardrobe doors, I’ve filled out a warranty form online and tried to call numerous times (mailbox is full on the answer phone) and nobody answers on the number I’ve called now resorting to trying to get in touch through here. Please can someone get back to me?

We are still waiting for a drawer slider and the wardrobe was very badly assembled

Wow, too some time to get things right with my order and now it has been placed I am counting down the days to getting some professionally made wardrobes to replace my old catalogue ones that have seen better days. Oh I am so excited and I just can not hide it !!

Awful awful awful service

Ordered the wardrobes from the quick dispatch - 7 days section. Email confirmation 3-4 week delivery. Wardrobes delivered and assembled. Assembly team pointed out a number of faults in the wardrobe and advised they believed it was either seconds or ex display and that they would update their company. Tried to get hold of wardrobe’s direct to arrange for a wardrobe of suitable quality to be sent. No contact number to contact wardrobes direct. Chat bot kept crashing and only email is the sales email. Most emails have gone completely ignored. I’ve now had to instruct my credit card company to raise a dispute as I’ve got nowhere with wardrobes direct themselves. They replied to one or two emails then nothing from them in the last month despite sending numerous emails.

5 stars. An absolute stunning wardrobe. Seeing it built and in my bedroom I would have paid more for this… solid and sturdy and the amount of space is amazing. The guys that assembled it were also brilliant

Great choice, clear options for internal configuration.

No customer service. Sold a product and now will not answer messages on chat, take calls, or emails. Exhausted the excuse of messages going to spam and will check everyday...!?

Would never recommend. And will never shop here again
