Delivery was with care and assembly was really good as well. The time for getting it delivery was not so great!

The delivery to a little long
Cost of fitting is expensive
The fitters availability was causing inconvenience of a suitable appointment time.
Fitter tried to cancel last minute stating too much traffic and can't get to me.
Fitter was unavailable and not answering mobile so had to text him several times before eventually fitting was arranged.
Eventually when he did come he took almost 3 hours to complete the fitting and it was very late when he left.

Thank you Jack. I am obviously tech unsavvy!! Without you a sale would have been lost :)

Delivered and assembled on time, lovely modern appearance with the lights on top. Happy with my purchase.

The website is easy to navigate, delivery ok but I have to say the quality of the wardrobe is not amazing for the price paid. I've had similar furniture from different companies that were much better quality wise so slightly disappointed.

We purchased the Saigon sliding door wardrobes with assembly service.
The wardrobes look great and the assembly staff were very professional and friendly.

First I was delivered the wrong door for my wardrobe and when they delivered the right one eventually they refused to deliver to my room of choice as promised during the whole mix up. No accountability for mistakes and refused any sort of compensation. Wardrobes direct and their courier company clearly don’t speak to each other as they both lie and contradict each other leaving me to sort out my own issues. I’m extremely dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend their service at all! Only reason for the second star is because I actually like the wardrobe itself.

For what you pay, the quality is just ok. The design is nice but we had multiple issues with our wardrobe. Some are still unresolved. I think the most disappointing is that the fitter tried to cover up a damaged part without letting us know and the light switch was faulty, for which it took multiple emails with the company to convince them it needed replacing - this is still being resolved. I’ve spent too much time on this wardrobe - and given that we chose this more expensive option over ikea so that we wouldn’t need to spend much time on it, I’d say the choice hasn’t really paid off. Such a shame because the design of the wardrobe is nice but overall execution, service, performance, quality and fitting service have been disappointing.

The wardrobe delivery and installation service was excellent. The team arrived on time, handled everything professionally, and ensured the installation was completed to a high standard. The wardrobe was assembled perfectly, with great attention to detail and care for the surrounding space. Communication throughout the process was clear and friendly, making the experience smooth and stress-free. I’m very satisfied with the quality of work and would highly recommend this service.

Feras was very responsive and arrived as committed. The assembly was completed satisfactorily. He did not do any cleanup and left all the cut offs without sweeping it up

Took ages to come once ordered. Ordered 6th October, delivered 4th November.
The delivery was fine. One man carrying everything out of the can with care. I asked him to leave in my garage as I needed room to assemble it in my house. He did this. Brilliant.
There's little indication on the boxes what's inside, so I had to do a lot of guess work and the instructions were vague in parts. Struggled to put it together with my 13 year old.
The wardrobe is massive. Make sure you have enough room. I hadn't accounted for the middle section which doesn't go flush with the wall at the back, or it isn't level with the two side wardrobes, so it has to sit out a bit. How you then fix it to the wall is anyone's guess. The size wasn't clear from the measurements on the website given on the diagram. Only had room in daughter's room for two pieces out of the three.
I also have a problem with the doors which won't stay on the wardrobes. They keep falling off, and they are heavy! Also, the back sections are really flimsy and I broke it in a couple of places trying to force it into the channels. You can't slide it down, unless you have a massive room to assemble it, so you have to lever it in.
All in all, it looks nice, albeit it has no doors on at the moment until I come up with a solution, but it's really expensive for some chipboard furniture. I'm disappointed.

Service was great, we paid for the wardrobe to be built which went ahead fine. Biggest issue is delivery, they only deliver to the ground floor which is a problem if people struggle to get the heavy boxes upstairs.

I had some very expensive quotes for redoing my dressing room wardrobes so I was so pleased to find Wardrobes Direct!
The delivery and wardrobe construction were very professional and efficient. Altogether I am very pleased with my experience.
