We finally received the wardrobe. Just over two weeks ago at 5.57am in the morning. Paying an extra £20 to have a wardrobe taken upstairs.
We believed the wardrobe fitter was also them but no we had to arrange this ourselves. Although if you read the long winded email they send it is at the bottom.
To be told he can fit it at 6 pm or 7 pm and it take 3 1/2 hours. Plus.
This isn’t suitable to us and asked for a normal time slot. Which was this morning at 8am. No show. I called and apparently he’s coming tomorrow. We will see? Luckily we didn’t take a day off today as I would have been even more frustrated with this company.
We’ve even had an email asking us to remove our last negative review that my husband has written. What a joke.

Absolutely useless company
Absolutely useless company, in purchased a wardrobe with assembly, after paying I never received a confirmation email. I searched the site for a number to call and there wasn’t one. I sent an email to customer service. I heard nothing for a week. I filled out a chat form and some to a robot, they asked for my postcode and said someone would be in contact, nobody bothered. I spoke with a robot again and demanded to speak to a human, I left my phone number. About a week later finally someone called me, after the conversation I received my order confirmation email. Another week later I received a message with a delivery date, I couldn’t accept it because I’d be on holiday. When I was on holiday I phoned the company to try to get another delivery date, they said it would be another ten days or so. Then a day later I received another message saying it two days later am. I nearly turned it down as it was the morning after I returned on a late flight from holiday. Then at the airport I received a message saying the would deliver at 6am the following morning. Also the message said they if the delivery was upstairs I had to pay £20, which I thinks a con considering it’s a wardrobe. I knew I wouldn’t be home until 2am but There was no way for me to cancel. After 3 hrs sleep I was phoned by delivery guys who’d gone to wrong address. It wasn’t far away so I gave them instructions ho to get to my house. When they arrived they were fairly rude and immediately demanded £20 for upstairs delivery, it had been raining, none bothered to ask if they needed to take off their shoes. They just traipsed in and out, dirtying the carpet. When all packages were delivered they asked me to sign the delivery note. I asked them how long it would take to assemble, they said they didn’t assemble just delivered. I could hardly lock them in and insist. I’m absolutely fuming.

Petra wardrobe
Relatively simple to assemble (Petra wardrobe), once assembled they feel really solid, doors slide well and look great.
A couple of small issues with the instructions but can be worked out with the pictures etc.
Delivery service was probably the best I have ever encountered - You choose day, track real time all the way to your door. The driver was great, unloaded everything and checked the glass before he left.
Very happy with wardrobes would definitely use this company again 👍

It is 2nd wardrobe I bought from wardrobe direct and like the way company kept me informed and arranged the delivery and assembly on the same day.
Good wardrobe and assembly service
Good wardrobe for the price. Appreciate the assembly service, the customer service were very helpful in arranging the assembler as I was not in the UK. The person doing the assembly was very good, changed the configuration for me without complaint, and did a great job. Happy with the service.
Disappointing company
I ordered a wardrobe, but before it arrived I had to cancel down to unforseen circumstances.
If you want a speedy reply then don't hold your breath,they are reluctant to give me my money back or even corridpond with me .
It's such a poor set up and disappointment.
7 days on , still no reply still no money back !!

Extremely bad communication with no phone number
Bought mirrored sliding doors wardrobe only to find that they delivered two left doors. I emailed them, sent photos and was told we would hear 2-3 working days. A week has gone by and still nothing. Even sent another email and not heard anything back. Very frustrating. Also back panelling of wardrobe is very cheap so we have to reinforce it.
Endless waiting time with no update on delivery or reply to messages
I purchased 2 wardrobes 8 weeks ago, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication regarding my order. Since moving into my new home, I haven’t been able to unpack my clothes because they are still in boxes. I have been actively trying to get information about the delivery, but my messages go unanswered. The chat service directs me to email the sales team, yet I receive no replies, and the chat is unresponsive.
At this point, I demand to cancel my order and receive a full refund. I refuse to endure the uncertainty of waiting months for the wardrobes to arrive. To add insult to injury, I received an urgent request from the company asking for my review of the furniture's quality, which is completely ridiculous since I have yet to receive anything. This has raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of the company and its ability to fulfil orders. I am using the link sent to my email address to complete this review.
I echoed other frustrated customers, and I should have followed my instinct that buying products from companies without a customer service contact number always raises a red flag.
I want to know if anyone else has had to wait more than 8 weeks without any updates. I am determined not to lose the £1,250 I paid for this unacceptable service.
