I bought this product on Tik Tok. At first glance item looked good but on trying on the quality of the cap is very poor and I realised within a few days this is NOT human hair as it as advertised but synthetic strands
Contacted seller who promised a refund if I I removed my review. After continuous messages I agreed to change my review but still didn’t give 5 stars.
I was then blocked and no refund!
I wouldn’t waste money buying these poor quality products. Had C better from Amazon

The customer service was great before nd after shipping 🫶🏾
I ordered the half wig yaki straight it soo nice pre curled pre everything ready to wear and go . The density is amazing too ❤️‍🔥

This is my second time placing an order with WayMyHair. The first time, I ordered a V-part wig with yaki hair, and I was so happy with it 10/10. (It’s just a shame there’s no option to choose a smaller wig cap for people with smaller heads.)

The second time, I ordered a closure wig, and I’m not satisfied with it. This wig sheds a lot!! Like really not normal. I’m used to some shedding, but this is too extreme. The density is also very minimal. I had to add extra wefts to it

I ordered two wigs from this company. Even though it took a while to come in their communication and tracking updates were on point and impressive. The boxes came with alot of additional goodies inside like comb, band, nails, stocking cap, etc. The hair color is exact and the lengths are perfect. One of the wigs is alittle too big but still looks nice. I just have a small head. I would order from them again #thumbsup

I’ve been ordering from this site for about two years now I think but all of my wigs that I get from here are glue less and they’re easy to put on. I love this site so much they hear that I just got the wig is very full and that’s what I like. The shipping doesn’t take long either and when you receive your order, you get a free gift inside of the box which is great.

I received wig and im in love. Haven't worn, but no smell, texture feels good and I love its ready to go. Def will use this for a special occasion. What are you waiting for?? Order it girl

We been buying human hair wigs and extensions for over 20 years. Let me tell you this is the best quality we have ever got. We have tested with dying, washing, styling and wearing daily all day everyday. The hair has stayed absolutely beautiful. Plus it arrived in no time, I think it was a week but it came a very long way .
The wig is true to the photos, true to the length ordered, thick , bouncy , luxurious. Never before have we been this happy with human hair. We used to order from AliExpress but they have started adding all sorts of bad quality hair to their wigs some is like animal hair.
This amazing hair provider is going to be our number one go to place for all our future orders.
Please do not hesitate to order from them you really won’t be disappointed.
I can’t even stress enough how amazing this hair is .

okay so let me be 110% honest here, I did originally have problems with shipping. Ordered Thursday afternoon march 26th it was boxed and ready to ship Monday morning ish March 30th. It’s currently the 2nd April, and I was stressing that it wasn’t going to come in time. I messaged the company and because of different time zones the replies was slow but the help was amazing. Royal Mail did originally make my parcel delayed due to missing the collection but as soon as I texted the company they immediately shipped it out April 1st and rebooked the shipping with a new tracking number. I did request a refund before but they asked if id like to keep the order if they shipped out immediately. So of course I said yes that’s brilliant. Lucy was a massive help in this I received my order today as I’m wearing the half wig to an event. I washed the half wig because it did have a smell on it but soon went away. It’s currently air drying right now the hair is really soft and looks natural the highlights are wonderful aswell. This highlighted half wig is brilliant there isn’t much shedding. It does tangle abit at the top but it’s easy to get out. Thanks for my order!

Ordering was easy, the wig was a great price, received the unit in a timely manner when I received the unit it was as described. The quality was great. It was very easy to put on. It’s not hot. I absolutely love it!

This seller is not to be trusted when it comes to issuing a refund as promised.

I left a negative review about a glueless wig and never thought anything about it until they contacted me apologising and said if I remove my comment they would issue me 50% compensation when I took my comment down and sent my paypal email address they blocked me. I have tried speaking to customer services but they skirt around my complaint with no solution

Good value for money I bought the half wig yaki texture and very happy with it it’s easy to apply, nice and think and comes layered and curled so can install right away this is my second wig from here so I’d highly recommend

You CAN NOT tell me!!! What not to write! It’s my/the TRUTH!!! It’s a review! The hairline is bad and so is customer service !
Not To mention it’s the truth… Is the hair line super thick or not? If you don’t like the review then stop advertising “natural hairlines”, when indeed the hairline is like a baby doll. Did or did u you guys not ADMIT that The hairline line was made thicker? I previously purchased a wig which was perfectly fine and I loved! I SEEN a video and read the description before purchasing ANOTHER one, and it was FALSE advertisement! After I bought the wig is when you guys admitted it was changed!!! Then I forgot to mention in the last review… You had the nerve to tell me to pluck the wig and or get someone to do it!! (So your suggestion was to fix a problem you caused annnnd pay for it on top of paying for the wig?) Again terrible suggestion and customer service!! And let’s talk about how we can’t talk to a live person!!! I will write a bad review 100
Times!!! I’ve literally already told multiple people to NOT PURCHASE from you. Lots of people come to me because I try out different ones, and I make them look good, even if it was “just ok” I wouldn’t speak negatively, but the wig was that BAD! And had u fixed the issue in a fair manner, then I would have never wrote a bad review because I give second chances, no one perfect, but you guys took no accountability in regards to changing the formula. Next time advertise the big ugly Barbie hairline u sent me, I guarantee no one will buy it! You guys are advertising the natural hairline, that’s not right! OQ hair is where it’s at, and CURLY ME hair. Perfect wigs and knots. Again once upon time yours was ok! Then you changed it and expect me to be ok after spending money! My husband didn’t like it, at all.. and he never says anything bad about my hair! But for a man to say, “yea that’s look strange”. Tells it’s all. I always make my wigs look good.. do not buy the wig guys… what you see on the video is what you WILL NOT get!! They told me they changed then because “more people said it was too thin” again which doesn’t even make sense! No one wants a big hairline especially a black woman… if anything..advertise BOTH! but why get rid of a natural looking hairline? Terrible business move!! And terrible way to handle this situation, send me the mailing info to send it back!! Or refund my money! Until then! I’ll tell everybody to not buy and continue with my TRUTHFUL reviews!! People work hard for their money!! That’s why people look at reviews to not waste money!!

Every wig that I have purchased from wavymy hair has been a full lace, perfect for on the go and easy for me to apply I just take them out the pack and wear them I love wavymy hair best wig/hair I have ever ordered

DO NOT buy from this company. Meant to receive my ordered on Jan 29 never received it. The parcel was left outside my door while I was at work and got stolen. The company refuses to refund or take responsibility. Terrible customer service. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

The product was VERY disappointing. The hair arrived "curled" and wasn't naturally curly as advertised. The unit literally wasn't worn due to it changing texture after being washed.. overall Customer, my money($200 or more, can't recall) was wasted. I Customer service was horrible. 2 units were purchased with the same outcome. I will NEVER buy from this vendor again.
