We're sorry to read you are unhappy with how things are going. I understand you wanted to cancel some of your services and were unable to. Deposit payments are non-refundable so even if you change your mind, we unfortunately are not able to refund any deposits. This is especially the case for services which our designers have started. I can see as a goodwill gesture we offered to provide a refund of your deposit on one of the services. We also said if you wanted to cancel you could resume in the future with no loss of the money you had spent. We want to be as helpful as possible and it saddens us when a customer is unhappy but we were very clear when you signed that deposits are non-refundedable.
Avoid this company
Do not use this company. They don’t respect their deadlines and they will force deadlines on you that are not stated in the contract. The delivery of the website is rushed they are interested in getting their money. The overall experience was very poor.

We are sorry you are unhappy with the service you have received.The design for the website was sent to you in August, admittedly a week or so later than we would have liked due to a very busy period. Our turnaround time are estimates and typical but not guaranteed as is explained in our quoting process. While we are, and have been more than happy to keep working on amendments you wish us to make, at a certain point we do feel it is not unreasonable to request the balance. This is normally at the three months stage which we are now far beyond. Clearing a balance does not end the build process and we will continue until you are 100% happy.
Friendly staff and always quick to answer any questions:)
We have used Webfactory for a couple of years now.
They designed our website and have helped a number of times to add new additions to the site and to advise me on how to make changes myself to keep everything up to date.

I will be honest and say my expectations were low.
I was starting my own recruitment business around June 2022 on a budget. I was going to be working part-time so I didn’t want to spend a fortune.
I have experience designing websites and I have designed a few Wordpress sites for myself and a few friends, but I wanted this one to be professionally made.
I have also worked with website designers to design a company website while managing someone else's business, but that cost ten times the amount of money I was hoping to pay.
I wanted my website to be hosted in the UK and I wanted to be able to make alterations myself - but have the updates done for me. I also wanted a bespoke website, not one off the shelf.
I got quotes and was disappointed with the costs. Eventually I found Webfactory which was within my budget. I told them what I wanted and they send me a questionnaire with loads of questions asking what I wanted, what websites and colours I liked and gave the reasons why I liked them.
They then sent me back a website designed on my specifications.
They got it right on their first attempt with virtually no changes required. I am genuinely amazed how good my site looks and feels. The portal is easy to use and if I do have a question their Communication is faultless. I expected problems - but they have been fantastic.
