I recently sold my Samsung S22 to BS Exchange and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. They offered the best quote by far — around 40% higher than other companies I checked. After accepting the quote, I quickly received a prepaid Royal Mail label and sent the phone in its original box with all accessories.

The parcel arrived within 2 days, and I got an email confirmation as soon as they received it. The very next day, they confirmed the inspection had gone smoothly and immediately sent the full agreed payment by bank transfer.

I was agonizing about selling my iPad Pro. Initially, I listed it on eBay but reading horror stories for sellers, specifially for high value tech sellers I opted to go to BS Exchange instead. Sure I probably would've gotten £200-300 in eBay but it's just too risky imo. As an advice, keep all of 'em original boxes and stuff as you can get infinitely more out of reselling in the future.

Used BS Exchange a couple of times now, they pay the best prices, and pay very promptly, the WhatsApp line is great too if there’s an item not on there website, that you wish to trade in. Will be using again!

I like the swift communication from bs exchange. The only downside was there was a technical error in regards to the pricing i received on the website prior to sending the product..they recieved then due to the error approx 40% was taken off the original quote

Super shady. I wanted to sell my ps portal which is basically brand new. on the website it was quoted as being £150. When they received the item got an email to say the pricing online was incorrect and shouldn't have been listed for £150 but for £70. Very shady behaviour. No thanks, will sell it elsewhere.

Second order with BS Exchange. Sold my iPad mini this time and as it was my second order this year I got £232.05 instead of £216 so very pleased. Was a very quick transaction this time, literally 30 mins and always clear communication. My go-to for selling at the moment.
