Phenomenal service! I made a mistake on my order and it got fixed immediately with NO issue. The customer service was amazing!

The delivery service was wonderful! I was in the hospital and they kept trying to deliver until they were able to reach me. I haven’t been using this product for very long but I like it so far.

Great service. Canadian and free delivery too. The product i ordered, Alimiers untinted moisturizer is amazing (and canadian) I bought a bottle several months ago and then found it on your site for less than i paid at the store. Loved home delivery too. Ill definitely be back.

My order arrived 1 month after I placed the order. No tracking info was provided for the first few weeks. After contacting the company I was told my order would be sent via intercom or purolator rather than Canada post due to the long delay, but I received it a month later via Canada Post. I was told they would include a free gift with my order as a kind gesture, but I did not receive any gift with my order.
For those reasons, I do not recommend this company.

Easy to use website with fast shipping! I also received a free intense peel face mask, which worked great! Will definitely use wedoskin again in the future for my cosmetic needs.

Great customer service. Had an issue with my initial order and they were very helpful.
Products are great too.

Ordered a product that was in stock when ordering, however, the product was popular enough that they ran out of stock and I was not informed until I contacted them to ask for an update. I was met with an AI agent before getting in touch with a representative. My order did come after a month which was longer than expected but they added a small gift to my order as an apology which was nice of them.
Overall, my experience was good after receiving proper assistance. I would consider buying from them again but having to reach out first to receive an update and to go through an AI agent that wasn't as intuitive as a human wasn't that great of an experience.

Customers should be cautious about buying products on sale from this outfit. Unless the customer is 100% sure the product is right for them you cannot return it, even when unopened. A really poor policy that seems tailored to get a sale at the expense of customer satisfaction.

You folks make these great products a bit more affordable. Thanks.

I took a chance by ordering from a small company and I cannot tell you how happy I've been. The packages arrive much earlier than expected. You have to understand. I live in Newfoundland so getting packages here on time never happened. There's service is incredible and their selection of products is amazing. I think I'm going to keep going back. I know I'm going to keep going back. Thank you for the amazing service

Amazing product. Quick delivery. This has been the only product that has helped my skin in 3 years. I decided to get the cleanser and the face cream. My skin cleared up right away again after not using it for a couple months.
