Horrible experience. Took $460 from me.
I did not receive $460+ tax worth of goods. I provided photos etc. but was told that because their records show it was sent, they will not be issuing a refund or giving me the product I paid for. I will be going to Service Alberta Consumer Protection as the next step. Beware of their not following legal consumer rights practices. They will not help if something needs to be fixed. Will never shop here again.

It was too complicated to settle
It took way too long to get this situation finalized. I love the product, but not sure if I would order from them again. Had to send in many video’s showing it was defective , to many emails back and forth

Order Incomplete and Delayed
Almost 2 weeks after ordering, the status was not showing as shipped, When I reached out, I was told they couldn’t see any tracking info on their end, and did not offer any solution.
My order finally arrived - but one of the items was not shipped.
Unfortunately this experience has led me to re-think ordering from this site. I likely won’t use it again.

Responsive, Reassuring, and Reliable
I was very impressed with their customer service and the extra care the team took with my concerns. In the past, a skincare company charged me but didn't deliver the product, and I panicked when my shipment from WeDoSkin was delayed. They responded promptly to my emails, eased my hesitation, and delivered my package as promised.

I didn’t receive the product I ordered…
I didn’t receive the product I ordered and communication with customer service has been frustrating due to delays in receiving responses and responses created by AI. I didn’t receive the shipping label/QR code referenced in an email regarding how to proceed for returning the product I received in error and finally receiving what I ordered. I haven’t found a phone number to call customer service to expedite this lengthy process. Quite disappointed.
