I took a chance by ordering from a small company and I cannot tell you how happy I've been. The packages arrive much earlier than expected. You have to understand. I live in Newfoundland so getting packages here on time never happened. There's service is incredible and their selection of products is amazing. I think I'm going to keep going back. I wanted to share my experience because I don’t want others to spend almost $600 and have the same experience I did.

I only used the Omnilux mask once, but unfortunately, I found it quite uncomfortable. There was a noticeable plastic smell while wearing it, and because the mask sits very close to my nose and cheeks, the smell was difficult to ignore.

The straps themselves are adjustable, so they aren’t necessarily “too tight.” However, I found that the mask doesn’t stay properly in place unless you tighten the straps, and once tightened enough to keep it secure, it becomes uncomfortable around my face.

What concerns me most is that after using it, I felt that my dark spots looked darker. I understand that one use may not be enough to determine whether the mask actually caused this, but because I already have pigmentation, I’m now worried about continuing to use it and potentially making it worse.

For almost $600, I expected a much more comfortable experience. If I were seeing an improvement in my skin, I would be willing to tolerate some discomfort and give it more time. But when I’m concerned that my pigmentation may be getting worse, I don’t feel comfortable continuing.

Because I have only used the mask once and I’m not comfortable continuing to use it, I would like to request a full refund. I understand that your return policy may have certain conditions, but given my experience and the concerns I’ve had after the first use, I hope you can make an exception and provide a refund.

I’m sharing my experience so that people, especially those concerned about pigmentation, can consider these things before making such an expensive purchase. I really wanted to like this product, but unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience for me.

Great customer service clarifying any questions I had! They got back to me very quickly (including during the weekend). Products are authentic and shipping was fast and plenty of updates to let me know when it was expected! Definitely recommend for my medical grade skin care products!

Shipping was quick and I was also kept up to date with shipping info via email and through WhatsApp messages which I found helpful.
