Haven’t had an issue with the product apart from the well documented “over order” . However, has anyone managed to get replacement heads? The Company don’t sell them and as far as I can see, nobody else does So once you have used them all, the toothbrush is useless.

I accidentally ordered from this website and was told the same as everyone else you can’t cancel as it was already dispatched B.S.but you have 30 days to return the item B.S. after 12 or so emails it’s just lies and more B.S. its company’s like this that give the internet a bad name, this company should be closed down and the owners jailed. Shame on you wellawhite.com

The worst company to provide any contact support. Every Issue raised online replied your order and inquiry is now closed. My delivery only arrived 2 days ago.

Now they have said under the sanitation regulations they cannot offer any returns or refunds.

By the way they also doubled my order and charged my twice for 1 order.

I haven't been able to get past the auto generated.

Very unhappy with this company.

Please note: 3 of the boxes are still sealed in original wrapping. 1 I opened to see what was in the sealed box. I gave not used it. I also read on the internal phamphlet that they are not suitable for ceramic crowns.

Absolutely outrageously bad company.
They will not accept returns, despite assuring you that you can. They lie.
Not only that but the website is deliberately set-up to ensure customers place orders unwittingly.
It's designed to be confusing so that you make numerous orders by accident.

Even though I contacted them within a few minutes about cancelling a duplicate order, they said that's not possible as item has been shipped. BS.
But not to worry as I could send it back once delivered.
This is not the case.

Do not be fooled by all their own online reviews, and some on here which are no doubt generated by them.
Plus, says American company, with phone number that is never answered. And an address in Lichtenstein. Dodgy as.

Avoid at all costs.

Deliberately misleading and confusing website when ordering.
Designed to rip off customers.
They refuse to take returns.
Despite agreeing at the time of order to take returned items and refunds.
They are effectively scammers.

BEWARE!!!! Total scam do not order anything they do not take returns or offer refunds. I was promised in writing that after an order was mistakenly placed I could return the item.
Like many others have stated they do not take returns or issue refunds! So £100 wasted. This company shouldn’t be trading! Also the good reviews they do have are placed by themselves! STAY CLEAR! SCAMMERS

Terrible customer service. Can't review their product because I haven't opened the package and will not. Wanted to canel order 10 minutes after accidentally placing order. Was told it was already packaged and shipped (in 10 minutes?) but I could return for a refund once received. Contacted them to find out process to return and was told no returns for hygenic reasons. Completely unopened package! I thought they were a reputable company, but I guess it's a case of buyer beware.

Just looking at their website somehow causes auto fill orders to happen. I received a notice of purchase shortly after just viewing. When I contacted them to cancel they claimed my order had already been shipped. Obviously they somehow work with PayPal because PayPal has been exactly zero help in dealing with this issue.2025

Led mouth stopped working after 2 months of use,
and unable to order gel

Toothbrush not bad but only lasted a few months before the head attachment snapped off and Wella only guarantee their product for 30 days! Ridiculous and probably illegal against Consumer Rights Act

Don’t buy anything from this website! I accidentally purchased too many items and when I tried to cancel, was told that the goods had already been despatched but not to worry, a refund would be possible. I was then told a refund was not possible due to their hygiene policy. This is despite the goods remaining unopened and unused. Their communication is poor and they aren’t very helpful at all. All of their responses to my questions etc look to be auto generated as well. I fear this is a scam. Steer clear!

I didn't order anything. However, it appears Paypal received notification of 4 orders. One was for an expensive recurring payment for a subscription I didn't ask for either. I managed to cancel it. However I could not cancel the other 3 product orders. I didn't make any selection of products, neither did I confirm any order. I immediately messaged this company, whose Paypal receipts were from Commerce Core and asked them to cancel this unwanted order. No was the answer. It had shipped!!!! However the customer service operative said I had 30 days in which to return it. I waited for the order to arrive and recontacted the company (with a USA tel no but an address in Lithuania!). They said I could not return the order (which cost me £160!) due to hygiene!!! It was teeth whitening products. Sealed. After a month's worth of emails offering me discounts but refusing a refund, I mentioned that in this country (UK) my rights include the right to return anything just because I changed my mind or for no specified reason. They then gave me a returns address, which is 4PX EXPRESS UK, Unit 2, Prologis Park, Arenson Way, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU5 4RZ, United Kingdom. I have returned the order. I now have to wait for up to 2 weeks (IF this scammer company actually gives me my money back!!!) to see if I get refunded. I have no faith and certainly wouldn't use any products from a company that does business in this way. Buyer beware.

I originally ordered 2 flossers and without knowing they added an extra 3 flossers and charge me for extra warranties that I didn't ask. I wrote immediately to the that company to can cel the order. They answered attesting that the order was already dispatched, and they cannot cancel it. They took the money from my PayPal account. I contacted PayPal but they were not able to cancel the order.

This product is of very poor quality! All the electric toothbrush does is slightly vibrate, barely moves the brush. To recharge, you have to plug in a USB cord to the bottom of the toothbrush, the charging cord is 6" long. I tried to return but the seller would not take it back and this is at my own expense, the same day I received the toothbrushes. Does not compare to Oral-B!

I HAVE JUST BEEN CHARGED OVER £300 FOR THE WELLA TOOTH WHITENING SYSTEM. THE ADVERT WAS SO MISLEADING I THOUGHT THAT I WOULD BE PAYING ABOUT £65. WITHIN 10 MINUTES I CANCELLED THE ORDER. THEY THEN MESSAGED ME TO SAY THE ORDER HAD BEEN PROCESSED AND WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY SO NO REFUND

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
They do not supply the goods, they blame this on you for providing an incorrect address (good enough for Amazon and all others).
They put through an automatic payment on Paypal which entitles them to future payments with telling you.
There support department are totally inept, taking days to reply to e-mails and then making every excuse in the book as to why you have not received the goods and when you request a refund they cease contact.
I can only hope that Paypal do the decent thing and support my request for a refund.

Ordered teeth whitening kits. You pay $7.00 for delivery and delivery takes forever. You can expect 2 to 3 weeks to receive. Absolutely horrible. And customer service is non-existent. They say, on their website, that they have 24/7 live chat but they don’t. They also have a “502” area code number to call. No live person ever answers. It just puts you into an endless queue waiting and you never reach anyone to speak to. Your only option is to send an email and they don’t respond. The website, when ordering, tries to scam you into ordering all sorts of extras and one-time deals. They’re not one-time. The same deals are available every time you go on their website. I don’t think this company is located in the U.S., which is evidenced by the absurdly long delivery times and inability to reach a live person to either chat or talk to.

I mistakenly ordered 5 instead of 1 wellawhite to try. I immediately within 1 minute realized my error and called company to correct. They said it was already in warehouse being shipped which is impossible. Then told me try them and gave me an extra timeframe in which to return. I wrote back and asked how to return the ones I never wanted and was told beauty products can’t be returned. I asked to raise my request to a higher person and it was still denied this is the worst company ever and it should be avoided!

I never got a email confirmation of purchase. so likely to be a scam.

I ordered 2 electric toothbrushes from WellaWhite and paid 121€ using PayPal. After payment I was returned to the merchant website which showed a popup window inviting me to look at a special offer. They then added this special offer - 3 toothbrushes - to my order which was a further 80€.

They were able to do this by making my original transaction automatic (i.e. recurrent), meaning they could take further payments without my knowledge or authorisation.

I immediately deactivated these automatic payments.

I also raised a fraudulent transaction dispute with PayPal and was refunded 80€ by PayPal.

I contacted WellaWhite, asking for the order to be cancelled. Their response was that it couldn’t be cancelled because it had already been dispatched.

There then followed a Pantomime of emails over a number of days and it was evident that these toothbrushes were never going to appear.

The payments to WellaWhite were made under the name of UAB Commercecore and so I contacted them asking for a cancellation. I received a replay of "waiting for a response from the warehouse".

I then raised a second dispute with PayPal, this time for ”goods not received" which they forwarded to UAB Commercecore as a first step in the process. I stated in my information that I would escalate this dispute in 7 days if there was no more response from UAB Commercecore.

After 6 days I received a refund for 121€ from UABCommercecore.

However, the email from UAB Commercecore stating that they had refunded my original order also said they were still going to send me 3 toothbrushes and bill me for 121€. I assume they tried to take this 121€ from my PayPal account which would have failed because I deactivated the automatic payments.

So my advice is not to go anywhere near these people.

Update 14th Feb

When I received the email from Commercecore cancelling my order and refunding my money, I assumed that the final paragraph saying they were still going to send me three toothbrushes at a cost of 121€ was a ploy for them to pull another payment off my PayPal account using the “automatic” status of their original transcaction. Because I had deactivated the status, this failed. Consequently I had assumed that was the end of the matter.

But no! A week later, I got an email from them saying the order had been shipped, together with a tracking number. The tracking information showed that the package originated in China and the supplier had been paid.

The package arrived today containing 3 toothbrushes. They look rather cheaply made - looking on AliExpress I would guess they cost no more than 10€ each including delivery.
