Don't waste your time or money!! There is NO satisfaction guaranteed or your money back! A total scam!!! They are based in Lithuania, and they definitely do not stand behind their products!
I bought their teeth whitening kit. Their website states "up to 9 shades whiter teeth in 1 session." I used their product as directed everyday for 40+ days. I took before and after pics. And my teeth did not whiten, at all, not even a little.
Customer service was no help.
Do not waste your time or money!!

its a scam, they dont return products, they provide fake info and the source of the product is questionable

I didn't know what the cost would be until I checked. I was not prompted to confirm the order before checking out. Red flag. I immediately sent a cancel request and was told the order went immediately to their warehouse and was in the shipping process and could not be cancelled. I was told that I could return the product for a refund and they would tell me the steps to return it. When I received the package I did not open it. It is in the original sealed packaging. They said they could not refund this product after its been opened and/or used due to hygiene and contamination. After I told them that it had not been opened or used, I have not yet received a response to this. That was 5.5 hours ago.

What a scam! My order was placed without showing me the total with shipping & a chance to confirm the charges. I contacted the company immediately (within 1/2 hr) & was told that the order could not be canceled, because it had already shipped. What company ships out orders 30 minutes after they were placed? I used PayPal & they were even more useless. Now I am stuck waiting for the product to arrive & then return. I fully expect to be charged to return it. And this for something I never intended to buy because the cost was too high.

I bought a wellawhite toothbrush for my husband and I wanted to get him extra toothbrush brush heads. Apparently they don't sell them. You can only get them as an "add on".... what does that mean???
I bought them on your recommendation. Who do I complain to ? Who are they accountable to?

Terrible customer service. Tried to cancel but they said it’d already been shipped but I HAVE to cancel. I’m furious

Disgusting DONT BUY. These are scammers. My order was not completely fullfilled with items missing; the quality is EXTREMELY poor and the charge lasts less than 5 minutes.

What a joke Spent hundreds on tooth cleaning products that do not even turn on. I called and nobody could help. I am a lawyer. If this company does not call me this week to fix this with a person who has knowledge of their product, I will turn this over to the AG's office for potential fraud prosecution. The worst bunch of scammers you could find! Pleased an order for a toothbrush, and I checked my account and had been charge for 3! Nothing arrived, spent hours on phone to them to cancel the order (spoke to Celiline) 15 minutes after the order placed to cancel and I was advised I could not cancel as the order had been shipped ! Total scam and if the tooth brushes eventually arrive I am sure they will be useless! Stay away from these shockers.

Service - nonexistent.
Waited for the brash almost 3 weeks.
Received it without a charging base.
Contacted the Wellawhite., and after 3 days of waiting, tried to return for a refund.
Received an email from "Victor" saying "Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of these items due to strict hygiene and safety
regulations" NOTE: There are several REMOVABLE brush heads in the box making the "hygiene" claim laughable
So I have an unusable/unchargable brush ?!

This company is awful!!!! They sent me the wrong order and no one is getting back to me for return and refund.
About to contact Better Business Bureau.
DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE AND USE THEM

Toothbrush seems okay .But having a terrible job getting Information about replacement heads.heads supplied are like a small normal Tooth brush I bought a pack of 18 universal circular (mixed) heads which DO NOT fit ,also new oral b heads I had from last toothbrush DONOT fit .Got no sense whatsoever from customer service. After at least 6 e.mails have given up .Was not overly expensive at £60 (was on a special deal )
But very disappointed with customer contact.

I requested a refund due to the fact that Wellawhite did not send me the product I ordered, or anything for that matter. They also said they would not refund my money. Terrible customer service!

I was ordering 1 flosser and then all these popups kept coming to " add to my order". I accidently hit " 2 for 1 black water flossers" and more addons kept coming on my screen. So I did a hard exit. I never reviewed or approved the order. Thinking I had not ordered anything, I went in again and ordered 1 white water flosser. Then the emails started coming in showing order received for 4 flossers. I called and they said they could not stop the order and to call when ut was received for return directions. I did just that and they do not accept returns. I even included a photo of the unopened box! Due to sanitary reasons they do not accept returns! This is stealing!

Scam. Ordered the water flosser order had a mistake I tried to cancel within an hour and was told it was already processed/shipped and could not be canceled. The tracking system does not work it has not changed since November 16 it is now December 10th. Customer service keeps sending me the same tracking info. I assume I will never receive this

Top tip for any friend seeking an electric toothbrush as a Christmas gift this year:
If you go to Google and enter 'best electric toothbrush', the first review you will see is that of a company called WellaWhite. The comments are as glowing as you would wish your incisors to be. But – even more appropriate to the modern age – this is a virtual toothbrush. It doesn't exist. You pay your money under the assurance of immediate dispatch and tracking advice. When this fails to materialise, you email WellaWhite. This produces a raft of pre-formatted excuses, beginning with a claim that the mail handler cannot recognise your address. After a while you feel obliged to telephone an American number. There you will encounter a very nice Chinese lady who promises to turn your virtual experience into reality. You will hear nothing further.
These guys have worked out that chasing unknown people halfway across the world for a few quid is worth neither the time nor money. They are bounders and cads.

Purchased their electric toothbrush in July, which came with 4 replaceable toothbrush heads. I am now in search of more replaceable heads, but this company will not sell just the heads. Customer service suggests doing an online search, but cannot point me to a specific source. Tried to find something on Amazon, but nothing available that matches this toothbrush handle connector. This electric toothbrush is now headed for the trash bin.

I bought this wella white kit and the mouth piece broke within in 7 x of using it. Twice I emailed them with all the information they asked for got back to them immediately afterwards to have them send me a replacement. Both times their A.I. automatic email said “since we do not received a response to HST they were closing the case!!! I got back to them immediately each time, sent in a video showing g it was broken and still they keep rejecting me for a replacement. So very dissatisfied and frustrated with this company! Do not spend your money!

THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE.
I wanted to purchase 3 toothbrushes & some replacement heads. Unfortunately the order was not only duplicated but also had 3 x water flossers added to the order.
I noticed the mistake immediately & attempted to cancel the order within 10 minutes. The company informed me that orders needed to be cancelled within 1 hour of ordering. Even though I attempted to cancel within 10 minutes I was informed that the order had already been dispatched & I would need to await delivery & then I could return the items.
Once I had received the products, I contacted the company to return the unwanted items, however, the company are now stating that for hygiene reasons I am unable to return the items despite the items being unopened & in their original packaging.
I can see from previous reviews that this is a common occurance in which the company have no intention of cancelling orders, accepting returns or providing refunds.

Poor company with a terrible customer service.

What a load of rubbish! DO NOT ORDER! Overpriced toothbrush that you can buy on Shein or AliExpress for £3! I wasted £45 on a 'electric toothbrush' for the brush head to not even move! It's basically a manual toothbrush. Please save your money.
