These are scammers I have returned my order for a refund, providing tracking return number and photos of the items but I’m still waiting for my refund
Please do not use this company 😡

Ordered the brush but is didn’t arrive and communicating with the company non existence.
The payment compromised my card.

If there was a minus 100 I would tick it.
What a scam - I wanted 2 toothbrushes they sent 5. I contacted them immediately to cancel but was told my order has to be despatched within an hour and was already on it's way.
Numerous emails later - every time I replied to their 'customer service' I was informed as I hadn't replied it was closed, they even attached my reply! I am going to contact my credit card tomorrow.
The reviews I read were good, I feel such an idiot being taken in.

The Wellawhite toothbrush sucks. Worked ok for a few weeks. Now the start button won't work. Leave it on the counter and come back to find it has danced around on its own. Don't bother with this. Back to Oral B.

I ordered one water flosser and was charged twice. Luckily I paid with PayPal and reported the scam through PayPal and my bank's fraud's department that is supposed to reimburse PayPal. I have cancelled the order and demanded both deductions are refunded into my PayPal account.

Thanks to the others who have left reviews here on TrustPilot in relation to Wellawhite did I realise that I have been scammed in exactly the same way.

Also AFTER I was transferred back from PayPal the company kept trying to add additional products for additional costs to the order. Generally this is done, if at all, BEFORE the transaction for payment is authorised.

Like others who have reported on Trust Pilot below, it became apparent that I was charged twice. I immediately contacted the company without reply. Within minutes they sent an automatic email message saying that the product is undergoing qualty control. Then within minutes thereafter I received another email saying the product has been sent OUTSIDE THEIR BUSINESS/POSTAL hours. TWICE !! CHARGING ME TWICE for the one order.

I googled Wellawhite "America's No.1 Dental Company' and found them to have an Eastern European address and also known as "UAB Commercecore, Savanorių pr. 363, Kaunas, Lithuania". LITHUANIA where SCAMS ARE PROLIFIC! Then here on TrustPilot. It appears they go by other names including Getcamtrix, Wellawhite, Commerce Core UAB and I suspect others....

It's now in the hands of PayPal, my bank's frauds department and potentially the police to sort out. Needless to say, it has caused me so much time throughout the entire night, as it's so much money.

I am so grateful for everyone's reviews on Wellawhite here on TrustPilot that allowed me to quickly realise I was scammed in exactly the same way and take immediate action.

I found WELLAWHITE by doing a goggle search on "best dental water flossers in Australia" It appears this article may be fraudulent too, as well as the positive reviews.

I do NOT trust the other positive reviews. I believe they are all fake.

If there is a change in the outcome I will update this review.

UPDATE:
At approx. 10pm (GMT) 13 November 2024 (5am (AWST) 14 November 2024 - my local time) I sent "support@getcamtrix dot com" (this is their email that identifies them to PayPal) the following email:

"I have contacted PayPal and initiated a complaint. 

The bank's frauds department set to reimburse PayPal for the above transactions are copied into this email, so they may also deal directly with PayPal in relation your refund and report your conduct to the relevant Police as they deem necessary.

I AM ONTO YOUR SCAMS. I have taken screenshots from TrustPilot showing how Getcamtrix and Wellawhite and Commerce Core UAB etc are scamming people, exactly as you did me. (SEE TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS ATTACHED)

I have already sent 'you' an email cancelling the order to (**my name, suburb and country**). I do NOT accept that the order was shipped within minutes of its placement AND outside business hours. Another automatic email scam.  (SEE TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS ATTACHED)

Any order that you attempt to send will be rejected. 

The above noted PayPal transactions totaling $216.96 AUD MUST be IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED into my PayPal account and NO later than 11.59PM (GMT) 13 November 2024.

Provide me and the bank evidence of the refund."

RESOLUTION ACHIEVED 12.06AM (GMT) 14 November 2024 with a barrage of emails from Wellawhite plus emails from PayPal advising both transactions were refunded and would take some days to reach my bank. BEFORE THE ABOVE EMAIL I received nothing.

Same as Kellie in the previous review. Ordered 2 water flossers and have been billed for 5, plus warranty charge. I advised them within 10 minutes that there was an error and I wish to cancel the order. First response from customer service had nothing to do with my request. Second request was advised that it was too late that the order had already been dispatched. 20 minutes?? very unlikely. Once I receive the parcel will be going right back. Foolishness.. just lost a sale on two items and pissed off a consumer for life. Never again Wellawhite

DO NOT TOUCH THIS PRODUCT. I ordered 2 of these and to get to the checkout you have to go through 8 separate process to get to the end. These processes are them trying to sell you add ons. When I process my 2 and the payment went through it had changed my order to 5. I did not order 5, I have no use for 5. I contacted them immediately and they told me there was nothing they could do cause my order was already dispatched. Yea right, you packed and dispatched in in less than 20 minutes. This is a complete con company with fake reviews.

I ordered a WellaWhite Water Flosser on line from Commerce Core UAB based on a fake 10 best water flosser review site. When the product arrived it was junk. The parts were cheap and plastic, it was uncomfortable to hold, the controls were cheap and difficult to use, and to top it all off, it did not include a charger only the usb cord. I spent $73.00 USD on this product and feel foolish for doing so. I will be asking for a full refund.

Complete rubbish. Tried toothbrush twice and then binned it. Ignore the hype about features on website - they are all totally useless. Can’t believe any of the positive reviews are genuine.

Total scam!!!. Four weeks ago I ordered one item but was charged three separate times for the product. When the order confirmation came through a few mins later it stated I had ordered three items. I immediately tried to cancel two of the orders. Unfortunately I was told the orders had already processed and that I would have to return the two items for a refund. The run around from customer service has been the worst I’ve ever experienced and I don’t believe their intentions are to ever offer a refund. I’ve emailed four separate customer service agents (bots?) and my last email today was just returned because I was told the transaction has already been closed out!!! Unfortunately there is no information on the company and it’s impossible to chat with a live agent. Unless you are wanting to throw away $$$ please do your homework and order from a reputable company!!!

I hated the product and requested a refund. I sent in all the necessary items, pictures, all of it. It has now been over 2 weeks since they got my product back and so i requested my refund and now they tell me my ticket was closed and i need to submit a new one. DONT BUY THEIR CUSTMOER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be spreading this anywhere and everywhere that i can to show hjow horrible of a company they are to deal with.

This product comes from China and the reviews on their website are not real ones. You can't write a review on their website, so they use stock images for their "verified customers".
Be also aware that the product shown on their site is not the product you'll get. They sent me a bruised box, unbranded, with the name "Portable Oral Irrigator".
The product itself is made of lightweight cheap plastic, and please do your own research to find a better product. Lots of other products are more affordable and are better built. I gave it 1 star because customer service responded to my mail as it took 2 weeks to deliver (that was with "fast shipping").
And remember, with the 65% discount they offer, it's still way more than other products available online.
This is not a scam but it's a product that is way below average quality, overpriced, and made of the cheapest of materials.

Do not buy this is a scam company and the customer service is just ai saying messaging what it thinks you want to hear.
Keep your money and use a different company………

Total scam!!!. They charged me two seperate times once for the product I ordered and then a second time for an additional 3 of the exact same item that I did not order or want, I only found out when the order confirmation came through a few mins later. Tried to cancel within two mins only to be told orders need to be cancelled within an hour or it was already processed. How is two mins equal to an hour!!! Apparently the warehouse couldn’t cancel it so told to just return the products but would only receive these instructions once I received the product, despite my requests for the details on how to do it in several emails. Then when I finally received the products continued to get the run around from their ridiculously bad customer service. Still have not had it resolved or found out how to return the unwanted products and get my $$$$ back!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Tried to purchase an item but their website took my order twice and charged me twice.

Currently refusing to refund me saying that warehouse has processed the order even though I contacted them within seconds of the duplicate order being made.

They are now ignoring me. Won’t be buying anything from them again.

Wellawhite is totally unethical. I mistakenly used the wrong credit card to purchase the device. In less than 5 minutes I contacted Wellawhite's customer service and was told I could not cancel the order! I was told 'No problem, you will be able to return the product, easy peasy" No I have been getting the runaround for days.

Well wellawhite did eventually reimburse my money and cancel shipment. Headache though!

I'm not often taken for a ride but I have been foolish this time. Taken in my what appeared to be an independent review suggesting Wellawhite is the no. 1 water flosser in the UK. It's my opinion that this is not a genuine review but an advertisement in disguise. Like others I also received an un-named product that doesn't look anything like the flosser I paid for. It does work but there are no proper instructions and takes ages to work out how it does. I believe the product I received is worth a fraction of the price I paid.
Their customer help line is 'manned' by a robot that ignores questions and is based somewhere in the time zone GMT +3. Can't find anything about Wellawhite.
My advice is go to a reputable review and choose accordingly from a known company.

I did have to send the product back as i couldn’t get it to work which may have been something i was doing wrong. However I phoned the UK help number supplied with the water pick and spoke to someone very quickly (Nile was her name) who was very polite and professional on the phone. I sent the product back as per the instructions and got a full refund very quickly. I cannot fault their customer service and would happily deal with this company again.

Bought a wella white water flosser and received some piece of generic crap with no branding on the box. And shock of shocks, it’s doesn’t even work when I start the press button. No emails from them so no way of contacting to request a return. Don’t waste your money
