excellent service
I had a few questions about 2 different washing machines so phoned rather than order on line. The representative was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. When I chose the one I wanted I ordered and paid for the machine very easily and quickly. I was given the next available slot of 1-5 on a Thursday but nearer the time phoned to say I would be out so could they deliver after 2.30pm which they did. Two lovely young men very quickly took out the old washing machine, allowed me time to clean the floor and then installed the new machine. They did a test run and explained some of the instructions. All in all it was a 5 star service. I always use Wellington's electrical as I like to support family run businesses and it is a great service every time.

An Excellent experience from start to…
An Excellent experience from start to finish ! I purchased a new cooker hood after viewing the product on the Wellington’s website. The price point was fantastic and I couldn’t believe I had found such a bargain in comparison to other electrical companies I had looked at. I had a few a few questions about the product and as I stay outwith Wellington’s delivery area I wanted to check if I could arrange for a courier to collect the cooker hood. I initially used the live chat service on their website (this was not a chat bot it was a real person, I’m very glad to say). The customer service staff member was very helpful and offered to pass my details to the local store in Erith where the hood was located. The store manager Rory contacted me initially by phone. Rory was extremely helpful and took time to answer my questions and offered to check the hood & email pictures to me as I lived so far away and was unable to visit the store in-person. Rory agreed to confirm the weight/size of the box which allowed me to arrange a courier to collect the hood on my behalf. I was also given 3 options on how to make the payment if I was happy to go ahead with the purchase, either online, by phone or by a secure payment link. Rory offered to add additional packaging to the interior & exterior of the box to make sure the hood was protected during the delivery process. He arranged to print the labels in preparation for the uplift and updated me by email to confirm the hood had been picked up from the store. The courier, UPS collected the hood from the store on Tuesday and I received the delivery today. I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase. I can’t recommend Wellingtons highly enough. The customer service I received was excellent from start to finish. Rory was fantastic and he went the extra mile, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you from a very happy customer!
