Fantastic customer service with a chat function where you speak with actual human beings. I had the pleasure of connecting with Rory on chat who was super helpful and then when I called to clarify a few things I had the pleasure of the same Rory helping me. I’ve ended up ordering a Rangemaster cooker hood with 2 years warranty at a cheaper price than AO.com. Overall, a very happy customer!

Went above and beyond to deliver our new fridge freezer around very difficult circumstances for us with many medical appointments in the way. I found it great to be able to ask questions on their chat facility from the website, and my questions got through to a real person and not a chat bot. We wanted a model that wasn’t in stock and that was no problem either, they were just so good about keeping us in touch about the progress of our order along the way. The service, flexibility and friendliness of the entire team was outstanding throughout and there is just no reason to use a chain, as the price was competitive too. Absolutely happy to recommend them and we’ll do so again. Thank you so much!

Great range and pricing - outstanding service
We have recently renovated our house an initially visited Wellingtons to see their Rangemaster ovens and ended up buying all our appliances from them as their range and pricing was so good. From the moment we arrived until the last item was delivered we received nothing but first class service. Nothing was too much trouble and they split our delivery at short notice to accommodate getting particular pieces in at specific times of the build. We live over an hour away from the store so this really was over and above - thank you! Couldn't recommend more highly.

Not all superheroes wear capes
What a wonderful and trust worthy company. Had many items from them over the years and never had a problem.
At 4 pm today I went in all of a panic as my fridge freezer broke down in the heat and my repair company can't come till Monday even though I'm type 1 diabetic and rely on my fridge for my medications especially in this heat.
The wonderfully staff went above and beyond to help me in my dilemma. They not only helped me to find the perfect fridge but did everything they could to get it delivered to me 1st thing in the morning tomorrow. I'm so relieved and just wanted to say a massive thankyou from the bottom of my heart to such a wonderful team. 👏🙌😁😍

Fab delivery, great product
Fantastic service delivering large American Fridge freezer. I paid extra to get it removed from the box before being brought in the house. Previously I’d ordered one from Howden but they wouldn’t help to get it in to the house or take out of the box so they had to take it back. It was great to use a local business who go the extra mile.
