I ordered from an add on YT. It only took seconds after adding all of my information.

The website is a Little chaotic and I had to re navigate to checkout a couple of times because it didn’t register my order quantity correctly.

Although product was not from company I assumed. Customer Service was very on board with pristine service. I appreciate their timely responses to answer questions and correct my concerns

Bendy light, this really fits in tight spaces in engine bay and undercar, came fully charged respectable postage cost and time. I would certainly recommend this item and the seller

Item as received and arrived very qiuckly was keep in the loop with regular updates very trustworthy

I received an email that my item was delivered. i do not have my purchase and have not received ityet. can you send a tracer? Thank You

I did not receive delivery of this item after waiting over three weeks. Then I get an email that the item has been delivered almost one week before the email came in.

I received an email saying my sewing kit was delivered, 30 days it took..... and when I went to get it out of the mailbox, not there. I sent a reply saying I didn't get it and they said tracking said it was delivered and talk to my postal carrier, it took some doing but I got a full refund. So at least they made good on that. Shop at your own risk.

Overall good service, a little confusing with the address instructions.

I ordered some woolen angle grinder polishing discs. I was genuinely I believe mistakenly charged freight when the advertising copy offered free freight. They have promised to refund the cost without further question. I have yet to receive this but trust they will honour their pledge.

I unintentionaly purchased 2 products.
I asked Whimsyard for a refund on one of the goods.
I was pleasantly surprised by the promptness of them arranging a refund for me. No questions asked!

I didn’t receive the item I have been in touch to say I have not had delivery, they asked for tracking number which I sent and have not heard anything since

BOUGHT MY SEWING KIT FROM AN AD POPUP ON YOUTUBE. THEY CHARGED ME FOR TWO PRODUCTS ALTHOUGH I ONLY ORDERED ONE. RESEARCH ONLINE SHOWS THEY WERE A SCAM SITE. SO I REPORTED THIS TO MY BANK WHO DELETED THE CHARGES. NOW MY BANK SAYS WHIMSYARD (BILLING UNDER THE COMPANY NAME ZENVERTECH) SHOWED PROOF THEY SENT THE PRODUCTS TO ME. I RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS WHICH WERE SUBSTANDARD AND DID NOT WORK AS THEY CLAIMED (ONE SEWING KIT THEY BILLED AND SENT ME TWO). SO I PAID TO RETURN THE ORDERS AND HAVE THE PROOF OF THIS BACK TO THE SELLER. I TRACKED THE RETURNED PRODUCTS WHICH ARE SITTING IN THE USPS DEAD MAIL SINCE THE RETURN ADDRESS IS BOGUS AND THE POST OFFICE CANNOT RETURN THE PRODUCTS TO THE SELLER SINCE THE ADDRESS IS UNKNOWN TO THEM. NOW I AM STUCK WITH THE CHARGE OF $48.94 PLUS RETURN CHARGES OF $7.55 X 2 FOR THE ORDERS I RETURNED. AND I HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. UPDATE: I SHOW A RESPONSE FROM THE SELLER ADVISING ARE GOING TO REVIEW THIS ISSUE BUT UNTIL THE MONEY FOR THE PRODUCTS IS RETURNED TO ME OR REFUSED BY THE SELLER, I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS SELLER. I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW ONCE THEY RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. PRODUCT WAS TINNY AND WEAK AND NOT AT ALL AS DESCRIBED. 3/18/26: STILL NOT SHOWING MY PAYMENT FOR THE RETURNED PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN REFUNDED TO ME. WILL KEEP THIS POST UPDATED. SELLER SENT AN EMAIL TO ME ON 3/19/26, SAYS WILL REFUND ME BY THE 25TH. WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW ONCE THE REFUND IS RECEIVED. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. DO HEED MY WARNING: TO ANYONE BUYING FROM WHIMSYARD, "DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY ARE A SCAM AND ARE JUST WANTING TO SELL YOU SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS AND GOUGE YOU" DO NOT BELIEVE ANY PRODUCTS ADVERTISED ON YOUTUBE OR FACEBOOK OR ANY OTHER STORES WITHOUT DOING YOUR RESEARCH FIRST. READ REVIEWS AND LET TRUST PILOT, THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE GOVERNMENT ONLINE REPORTING SITES KNOW OF ANY SITES THAT SCAM YOU. ALWAYS USE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND NOT YOUR BANK TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS, SINCE THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES WORK IN YOUR FAVOR UNLIKE THE BANK, WHO USUALLY DOES NOT, BEFORE PARTING WITH YOUR HARD- EARNED MONEY. I WILL BE REPORTING TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED SITES TODAY AS WELL AS MY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE WITH IT'S 5000 MEMBERS AND HAVE THEM SHARE THIS INFO TO THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THEM IS TO STOP TRUSTING THE SCAMMERS, LET'S PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!
UPDATE: TODAY I RECEIVED $20.97 OF THE $48.94 THAT WHIMSYARD OWES ME - THEY STILL OWE ME $27.97. WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW ONCE I RECEIVE THE BALANCE OWED.
UPDATE: AS OF 4/4/26, NEVER RECEIVED THE REMAINING $27.97 THAT WAS OWED TO ME. YES, I STILL FEEL WHIMSYARD IS A SCAM SITE FOR THIS REASON. LET THE BUYER BEWARE!! WHIMSYARD HAS NOT RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY EMAILS REGARDING THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OWED. I ADVISE TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER!

It was easy to place my order, intact this was my 2nd purchase. The delivery time was very good, it was packaged very well & was in good order when I received it. Whimsyard keep me informed on my purchase progress on each step from purchase to delivery. Thank you

Found your product on u tube, so it pays to advertise. Although I would like more information be available on what exactly it compatible with , like iPhone, iPad, Mac, etc. and when checking out was given a choice too order another product with no explanation of what it was. Yes there were lots of pictures of the product but what was it?

I’m always suspicious of “online” companies that always offer amazing stuff for half the normal retail price…just saying.

What total rubbish. Needles are advertised as going through many layers of thick fabric. This is a total lie. The needles are thick and of poor quality and are hard to push through layers of thin fabric. Don’t waste your money on Whimsyard sewing kit - absolutely and totally CRAP product. Shame on you for conning trusting people. What goes around, comes around!

It worked. Let me order & pay. Did it fulfill my order? Only time will tell.
