Products took a LONG time to arrive. Doesn't look like what I ordered on the site. Very cheap - poorly made, poorly designed. Knock offs of a much better product I bought through Amazon. No way to return them. Going to donate them to Goodwill.

I bought needles. I paid the needles. The shipping adress i sent was not ok, as well as my e-mail. So I sent 3 emails, giving correct info. No reply. And one of them got returned. Then I filled the contact form on site, twice. No reply. I atached a picture of order number to be sure of no mistake this time.Untill now i don’t have an answer. That’s my experience. So, one star is too much.

i ordered 2 mops with pads on 12/27/25. I received the order today and the metal pieces to put the mop together were bent. I spent $54.58 and just realized I got scammed. I just received today 1/5/26 and nothing but junk. All these scammers online is depriving the non scammers from doing buiness. It's a sad world we live in. I am going to put a claim through my bank, but most of the time the bank refuses to give me my money back.

Later that day, I received a misspelled response that it was being shipped FROM CHINA!!! The shipping information was extremely deceptive. Wondering if I have been scammed.

Don't even touch this company false advertising as we bought shelves for the shower and as advertised they came with suction pads we got stickers with them and paid quite a bit for this trash I found them on temu after after this for $4.99 I have been trying to get in touch with them asking for to get this sorted and I just keep receiving stupid emails asking for pictures which I did then you get an email to say you have recieved your goods its a refund I want we have now been offered half the price of the item back or post items back

I won't touch this company ever again. I bought 3 shelves for my shower. They demonstrated online that they were put on the tiles with suction pads which I liked but they arrived with stickers to use on the wall. False advertising at the highest level. I have now 3 shelves [ by the way one was broke], to stick to the wall. I paid over 50 euros for them. I'd say i would have got them for 10 euros in a toy shop. Stay far away from them. How can a company advertise something that is so different on arrival, I am livid about this. How dare ye do this to people. As of now there is no reply to my many emails I sent them. They are a disgrace. I hope people stop buying from them.

Disappointed not as advertised
I received the all items that were indicated would be coming in the package.
The needles are definitely not as advertised. They do bend in fact, one came out of the tube already bent. Did not work for the project. I intended, they stated. It would go through all these layers of denim. This wouldn't even penetrate 2 layers of cotton fabric with heat and bond attached to the 2 fabrics. That's why I purchased them as they were supposed to be strong enough to go through several layers of denim. I assumed they would be strong enough to go through one layer of heat and bond and two thin cotton fabrics. But they did not.
I have not tried them on regular sewing projects or just through a single layer of fabric.
The needle threader seems to work well.
As well as the seam ripper.
The finger thimbles are very thin and a little flimsy. They don't hold to your finger securely.
I have not used the thread that was included in the package.
As of 10/21/25 I received an email asking if I would accept a 20% refund.
Will update when I receive the refund.
As of 10/22/2025 said they will refund the total amount.
PayPal indicates the refund is in process.
On 10/26/2025 I received the full refund amount.

à friend bought from this site after he wanted to return they didn’t replay , but as he paid by Paypal I opened à case for him , to my surprise thé return address is in DUBAI 🤡🤡🤡… yup , I guess it’s an Indian scam site by my experience, the item was returned to me because Paypal don’t recognise PO BOX addresses , and Dubai doesn’t have a post code !!!! Yup , they thought about everything !!!! But stile I manage to get my friend à refund throw Paypal :-) . Never buy from YouTube , Facebook , Instagram … I just checked the same product in eBay U.K. and it’s 12£ with free shipping …. You can check yourself … good luck
