Great kudos to the CEO

Great kudos to Whitebridge CEO, Tom,! Has great business ethics! I received an email from him asking about their services. I replied had zero problems with the services. I had cancelled my subscription due to fraudulent Marketplace rental landlords wanting credit scores, etc. I just chalked it up to another life experience. Tom graciously offered to refund my acct! I wasn't expecting that but very grateful! You don't see that very often. Thank you again Tom, preciate your business & ethics!

Cancel/refund

I was able to cancel the subscription and get refund right away in less than 5 min! It was most fast and efficient service I have. But just please be aware that you will automatically subscribe monthly payment after you sign it up. (I am only give it 4 out of 5 since it didn’t tell me it was monthly subscription.)

Great customer care

Even though I didn’t use the website as intended I got everything I need with the customer support and help. Costumer service was great, communication was easy

Didn't need it, but they've got a good team

Not the most unique concept ever, but decently effective and stellar customer service. When I wasn't satisfied, Tom from their support team got back to me in less than 60 seconds. Thanks for your help Tom! And thanks for making things so hassle-free.

All I want is my receipt and my report they say I have to run it I payed they telling me shortly I get it this is important it is beneficial for me and my daughter and grandson just give me what I want

When you make a purchase on WhiteBridge AI, the receipt is automatically sent to the email address used at checkout, and your account is credited with report credits. Those credits are then used to generate your reports.

Once your report credits are visible in your account, you can use them to create a report and access the results directly. If anything in that process isn’t working as expected - for example, if you can’t see your credits, can’t generate the report, or didn’t receive the receipt email - we want to fix that as quickly as possible.

Please contact our support team at support@whitebridge.ai from the same email you used for your purchase, and include any details you can (such as the time of purchase or a screenshot of the charge). We’ll verify your payment, resend your receipt if needed, and help you use your credits to generate your report or provide a refund if appropriate.

Good customer support

I stupidly got tricked by a fake job posting that requested a background check, and I paid for a report from whitebridge before I realized.
They were pretty quick and communicative with refunding me, which is a pretty good sign of integrity in my opinion.
