This is probably the best hair company I’ve ordered the from. The hair is absolutely beautiful! This company is very accommodating to their customers. I misunderstood the shipping times and placed an order on a wig, well the wig was suppose to arrive later because it needed to be customize. I contacted customer service and let them know I misunderstood the shipping and needed the wig sooner. They sent me a 180 density wig and did not charge extra! It arrived on time! Thank you so much! So not only will you receive quality hair, you’ll receive great customer service. This company will be my go to from now on!

The customer services was excellent.I had a switch in my order and received before hand.Wig is 10/10 definitely HD LACE and 30inch.Love Wiggins will be ordering again.

I ordered a full lace wig w/ 180% density. I was thrilled as it's hard to find full lace with 180% density. After wearing the wig for a week there was a 6" line down the back of the wig where there was no hair. I tried and tried everything I could think of from washing it several times to adding setting lotion to try and cover this 6" line. I also tried sewing that area together but that didn't work so I tried sewing even more of the lace trying to cover it up. Spoke with the company numerous times but they were only interested in blaming it on something I did. I will never purchase from them again. Very disappointed. $400 wasted

I got a 32-inch body wave closure wig with 250% density. I really want to give a 3.5! The price is great. It was better than I expected and came within a week. But it was no where near 250% density and I paid $700. It’s not thin but is prolly only 180%. That was disappointing. Also the curls it comes in don’t last at all. The natural texture of the hair is a little frizzy but so far it’s had very minimal shedding and tangling (installed for one week)! It curls well, but the curls don’t last long. Also it’s true to length! I’d order again if they guarantee it’ll actually be the 250% density I paid for. I like really thick wigs though.

LOVE Wiggins. They’re very easy to communicate with and any questions I have before or after ordering, they answer super politely and quick. I’ve never received a bad wig from them. I always get a large cap when I email and ask

I am from South Africa and it was my 2nd order..I have nothing to complain about..the quality of the products is commendable and the delivery is so quick and efficient…everytime I email the helpline I got a quick and helpful response..I absolutely love them 😫

I ordered a champagne blonde body wave unit and I loved it when it arrived. Customer service was excellent and shipping/ tracking information was accurate. The knots came pre-bleached, lace plucked, and even curled. However the hair sheds more than the average. With 613 hair you expect a little more shedding however this unit sheds so much I have only had the unit installed for 7 days and I now have a bald patch on the lace. I am going to have to purchase a closure in order to save the wig. The rest of the unit is really great quality. Which is why I want to try to save it. I would still order from Wiggins again because I hear great things all the time. I will just stick to a black hair instead.

This is my first purchase and I’m more than satisfied ! The customer service , expedited shipping and hair quality was all above my expectation.
I didn’t have to do anything to the hair. It fits perfectly. I got my order in less than a week . They responded to all my inquiries and made sure I got what I wanted. Will order for more !

This company are very unprofessional. At first my package was sent to another house and then the hair was of the lowest quality ever. They accused me of lying on multiple occasions. I asked to speak to their higher ups and was completely ignored. The admin behind the WhatsApp number tried to be passive aggressive with me as if I was not a customer. I would say stay away from this company and if only they had a head office in London.

My daughter told me about the Wiggins wigs and I ordered the glueless wig and was amazed of how good it looked and the quality of hair....I just purchased my 2nd one for vacation!

I ordered some hair for my girlfriend, and it came quick! Literally the next business day. They communicated the whole time, it was a fast and easy process. We will be back.

I will always order from Wiggins Hair. From their amazing customer service to receiving their actual product was amazing! I needed my hair in time for my event and the representative pushed my order up to be shipped out first. My hair made it in enough time. They are very friendly and have a quick response time. The hair is amazing! You literally only have to cut the lace and add your tone to the lace. I would recommend any and everyone to Wiggins Hair!

I’m so In love with Wiggins! Customer service is above and beyond! Quality of the hair is beautiful the density is natural and just right! I have ordered 3 wigs I’ve ordered the kinky straight headband wig twice both have been perfect and I just ordered and received a lovely 24” straight wig with bangs! Hair is so soft the bangs are nice and long just how I like them to be! I have had only wonderful experiences in dealing with this vendor and plan on going nowhere! Love the quality of these pieces! Top Tier customer service, replies fast. Hair is soft, no tangles or shedding and came pre plucked. Definitely worth the money !

The company is very friendly. They answer any questions/concerns you have and reply fast. I received a body wave wear and go wig and it’s definitely ready to go. The hair is soft, plucked very well (gives a natural look) & the curls are tight.
