This wig is the truth!!!!!! I initially ordered one 22 inches it flows nicely

The shipping packaging and overall experience was great as a company goes. I ordered a small wig cap because I have an extremely small head, and all wigs that I order.....I have to end up taking them in, sewing them up to be tighter. this is the first wig company that actually sold me a small wig that was made on a smile wig cap. When I say THIS WIG ACTUALLY FITS MY HEAD SECURELY, NO GAPS OR LOOSE AREAS!!!!! I cannot express how grateful I am to actually get what I paid for. I have to always take my wigs app to be smaller to fit my head, this is extremely frustrating, but if I dont do this i will have alot of excess wig bunched up on the back of my head. I am so grateful to Wiggins hair company for providing this service for someone like me who needs a wig that is small head friendly!!!! I hear women express thanks for wigs that are big head friendly, let's normalize that there is a large group of us that need wigs that are SMALL HEAD FRIENDLY!!!!!!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

The best hair I’ve ever received! The hair was beautifully hand-curled, super soft and ready to wear, straight out of the bag. Also, the customer service was top tier! Shipping took less than a week. I’ve never had a company follow up with me after I received the hair to make sure I had a pleasant experience. This is definitely going to be my go-to hair company!

I placed an order on 12/01/2023 for almost $500 and I had a situation where I had to have the order refunded and I was assured by Mary also emails stating they will resolve this and refund my money. The order says COMPLETED, now nobody is responding. I need all of my money back asap please and thanks. They didnt waste time taking it off so please do the same and REFUND.

I ordered a 20inch kinky straight v part wig. When choosing the quantity the wig was in stock. Delivery was supposed to be 2-5 days from the order date. I received an email stating my wig needed to be "customized" and it would be 2-5 for production and 2-5 for delivery. The company had been emailing me in a timely manner until I asked them to cancel my order. Then I did not hear back from them at all. I am still awaiting a response. They may try to delay response so they can say the wig was already mailed and at that point I would not expect to receive anything of quality. In the future I will only order from sites that have a brick and mortar building associated with them. This is the second time I have been scammed by an online wig company and this is the last time.

As soon as I ordered my hair, I received a personal/direct email from Wiggins confirming my address and also asked if I needed it at an earlier date. She shortened my delivery time which I was beyond grateful for. I placed my order on a Friday 12/22/23 and received it on Tuesday 12/26/23. Not to mention Christmas was that Monday. She was so kind and attentive. Beside that, the hair is BEAUTIFUL and it is giving SILK! I am so satisfied with my overall experience and you will definitely be seeking more of me. Thank you so much again.

I’m am a first time customer I was surprised with Lucky from customer service chat line & email from Mary that I received from the company they made sure I was an happy customer I swear they was communicating with me with respectful manners I wanted a bob that was glue-less, pre puck and with some cute baby hair but the color I want I wanted in Jet black. they hook a sista up ❤️ sent me an invoice and I got what I wanted with no problem 😉 . I got an update email to make sure I received my hair & that its was delivered with care. My hair came in beautiful & soft no smell at all my hair didn’t feel like a Halloween costume wigs my jet black was on point thank u Wiggins! As a first time customer I love u guys!

What made my experience great was how the texture of hair feels. It’s very soft. It beens great on my beautiful skin. It’s water ave human hair. This company of this hair is doing a great job at what they do when it comes to selling their best hair.

Great quality hair it’s so soft a pretty takes to color very well.

I ordered this hair for my birthday trip. Once I took it to my stylist, she told me everyone wanted to know where I got my hair because it was so soft, pre plucked, & very easy to work with. She ended doing an updo and the style still slayed.

A week later, I took the bun down and the hair is still giving full with very minimal shedding. Interested to see how it holds up with a second install.

I ordered a 12in curly hair 180% density and let me tell you I received my package on time and the density of the hair is to die for it's so soft and full packaging is really simple and cute and not to mention the detailed pamphlets with how to care for your wig and products to use on the hair I love it 😍😍😍 would definitely order from Wiggins Hair again
