When I changed over to wightfibre it was £25.99 for 12 months and now not even 3 months later it's £29.99 so much for the 12 month deal that you signed up for

WightFibre was definitely the right choice for us. We chose a speed package that suited us, and installation was quick. The engineers were really helpful and explained everything. We have contacted customer service once, and the query was sorted out over the phone. We highly recommend changing to WightFibre.

Teething problems that meant we had broadband that kept cutting out during the first few weeks. An initial engineer visit didn't resolve the issue. When I finally called your office I was sent photos to check myself that the installation engineer had connected the correct power cables. He had not. Once I stopped them around, the problem resolved within a week.

An agent came to our house as requested and showed us all the packages. We chose the package that suited us. The agent did all the transfer and cancelled our previous supplier.

Installation completed Sunday 22 February 2026. Problem occurred following day - access to internet denied. Problem eventually resolved by very competent engineer on Friday 27 February by installing additional extender in hallway. Now have problem for past two or three weeks with accessing TV programmes via Freely but do not know if this occurs because of TV fault or WightFibre problem. Cannot give a Five Star rating because of past and existing problem but generally happy with WightFibre service and price.

When the guys were here installing WightFibre they were polite and helpful and cleaned up behind themselves. We had a few glitches but sorted out in no time at all over the phone.
