Absolutely terrible customer service…
Absolutely terrible customer service after a sale. I purchased two wine coolers that cost over $50,000. One has been making a loud noise. It needs a new fan that is under warrentee. First they lost the replacement order and could not find it, then they ordered the wrong part, then their service tech Ryan Marsh was very rude and hung up the phone on me. I tried contacting their senior management but got nowhere. Issue is still not resolved in over 5 months. Wish I never bought anything from them.

WE was able to replace my wine cooler door within a couple weeks after the edge-to-edge glass door was broken. I was surprised and a little disappointed the new door had a stainless steel frame around it. However, they saved me from having to buy another wine cooler and the price was very fair.
customer service is a joke
I was so excited for a wine cabinet with a built in fridge. They took my money then apparently it went backordered without letting me know. I spent a week trying to get a hold of a person to get a update and finally got lucky and they had no information. I ended up cancelling a month after my order. If they are this bad with delivery how would they stand behind their product.
Still waiting for the delivery
My wine cellar was supposed to be delivered last week. I even received a confirmation of the delivery time. Then I was informed that the delivery was postponed. It turned out the item wasn’t in their possession yet. Then I got a call confirming the new date and time. As I didn’t catch all the details, I called and was told the details weren’t yet available. I’m still waiting for the delivery which is now scheduled for tomorrow.

Don't buy a refrigerator from this company
I bought their 24 bottle, dual zone wine refrigerator a little over 2 years about - Dec 2023. One side quit cooling a few months ago. Upon calling customer service, they sent me a circuit board that didn't fit - about half the size of the board in my refrigerator. After calling a second time, the circuit board they sent me didn't have the right connectors. The third time I called, they told me that they no longer stock the circuit board. Their offer was to give me half off the price of a new refrigerator. Not only did the refrigerator break down in a relatively short amount of time but they no longer support the product they sold me. Terrible company.
Just a a nightmare
Just a a nightmare. Think big corporate trying to be etsy small. Crappy customer service is an understatement. Products bought 10 years ago were awesome, the quality recently is just garage level crap. Don't buy here, go direct to the artist.
Frail & Fragile
I should have heeded the reviews of previous customers. The Somm Pinot Noir wine glasses were frail and fragile. One glass only lasted a few weeks before breaking. The remainder of the order remains on a shelf, unused. Customers warned that you must expect breakage when using higher end glasses. I love comments from the pretentious. Perhaps I should order more so I can throw them into my fireplace.

Steer clear - terrible product and absent customer service
Steer clear! We bought the L 145 dual zone fridge ($2600+). The first one arrived with an electrical problem. They sent a replacement. After 5 weeks, I went to grab a bottle and the temp on the top zone was 99°. Several of our reds had gotten so hot the corks popped out - red wine everywhere including on our hardwood floor. Thousands of dollars or wine ruined. I have attempted to contact them seven times through four different communication methods. No one will respond. I am out of my mind sick about the loss of the wine but absolutely furious that no one will make it right.

Horrible company
Horrible company to deal with on post purchase service issues! Their product are run of the mill rebranded Chinese made junk! If that’s the case just buy a wine cooler anywhere else for half the price! You will not loos any quality!

Tried to call customer service
Tried to call customer service. They don't answer. You go into a 45-minute hold and when you press one for a chat it doesn't work and when you press two for a call back that does not work. Every time you call them they say they're experiencing a high volume. To me. That means that's their new norm and they just don't know how to handle things. They obviously do not know how to handle their customer service.
Great Product
Easy to order, product delivered on time, and I feel like the price point was great for what we ordered. We bought the dual zone wine fridge and it works as advertised. After shopping around, this model seemed like the most bang for the buck and we were not disappointed.

I bought several items and I am in love with the crossbody bags. I bought every color just in case and ended up gifting all but one. I had to keep one for myself. Definitely will be my go to gift for girlfriends as long as they are available. Thank you
Poor customer service
The white glove delivery dropped the glass for the top and broke it. When I first reported the damage to Wine Enthusiast they told me that they could not replace the glass but would reimburse me if I could buy one. This particular piece of tempered glass is 2 ft by 6 feet. It was only after telling them they could pick up the one furniture that they authorized a total replacement. What kind of customer experience is this?
