If I could give zero stars I would.
As poor an experience as you’d ever get.
Poor product, worse communication and zero customer care or support.
We ordered a replacement wine cooler, for one that crapped out after just 5 years. After 5 weeks, all I had was a charge on my card. Nothing else.
A series of emails, offering credits for inconvenience, expediting the delivery and other promises only lead to - nothing. Promises made and not delivered on, seems to be the company motto.
Spend a little more and get a better product and a company that gives a damn. Wine Enthusiast- clearly doesn’t.

Great product, service argumentative and blamed “sales” for the mistaken item
I confirmed the replacement door that I —twice (over email). I spent over $500 (including shipping and installation) and then waited 8 weeks for delivery. Then they said there would be another $100 for installation (which I already paid for), fortunately they waived that after I pointed them to my original order info.
Then the door was the wrong part. When I contacted them on the same email thread, the rep (who confirmed the part) said that’s not a customer service issue, that’s a sales issue.
I asked to speak with a manager. Some rep called me and helped order the right door. 3 weeks later I received it but it didn’t have a handle.
I asked about getting a partial refund a rep said a manager would call me. Never got a call or email.
Great product—I just hope the service doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I bought two Eurocave wine coolers from…
I bought two Eurocave wine coolers from Wine Enthusiast. In March 2025 one of the units developed a high humidity problem which caused water to pool at the bottom of the unit and leak out onto the floor and caused all of the wine bottles and labels to mold. These were all very expensive bottles of wine that now can not be served to guests because of the condition of the bottles. The first thing Wine Enthusiast did was troubleshoot it with me to make sure it was nothing that could easily be resolved. I checked to make sure the unit was level, and I checked to make sure the door gasket was in place. After I confirmed these two things, they agreed to service unit under warranty. They said someone would call me to schedule a service call, but never did. When I called them back, they acted as if I was calling them for the first time. I had to start over and explain everything to them again. They then gave me the name of three companies in my city that do repairs under warranty for them. I called and the first number was disconnected, the second number never would answer their phone, and the third number was a company that said they have never done warranty work before for Wine Enthusiast, so they really did not know what the process would be to handle a claim. I called them back and told them that these phone numbers were all incorrect service companies. They then said a company called AIT does warranty work for them and would call me to schedule a repair. I did not hear back from the company so had to call them again. After a lot of back and forth phone calls, the company AIT emailed me with an appointment that was three weeks out. When the man finally came, he had instructions to see if the wine cooler was level and to see if the door gaskets were sealed. I told him I had already done the troubleshooting with Wine Enthusiast and he said that’s all that he was told he had to do. He said he did not have any tools with him to diagnose the problem. He then called Wine Enthusiast and told them the situation and they said they would call me to reschedule another appointment. I did not hear from them and have made multiple calls back to them and have not ever received another service repair appointment. We are now in June 2025 and I have made at least 15 phone calls to Wine Enthusiast and the company called AIT that they said would service the unit under warranty. I am so frustrated and have finally given up and called a local repair company to come service the unit that I will pay for out of my pocket. After many years of being a customer, I will never buy another thing from Wine Enthusiast again. This was the first time I have ever needed warranty service and all I can say is they gave me the supreme runaround to the point of making me a nervous wreck with their lies. Their service warranty means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Poor product design
Just bought the 70 bottles 2 zones wine fridge.
If you buy this be aware that standard bordeaux bottles do not fit properly in this fridge; I am talking about regular bottles like Lynch Bages or Beychevelle: they pretend you can stack 9 of those on a shelf (5 top face backward and 4 top face forward) but in reality only 6 will fit. Note that the same bottles barely fit in height also…This is the result of poor product design.
Do not buy if you expect to fit 70 bottles
DAMAGED fridges
UPDATE: I'm delighted to report that Wine Enthusiast followed through and delivered two replacement wine cellars, both undamaged and fully functional. I am quite relieved! And very appreciative. Rating has been updated to 5 stars.
I purchased the top end Revelation double fridge, and BOTH units arrived damaged beyond usability! Wine Enthusiast has stood behind their product so far and have ordered replacement units for me. I will update this review again once these arrive undamaged.

Incomplete directions
Wine rack arrived quickly as advised; however, instructions for assembly are not clear. There is only one page of instructions printed on both sides. It starts with a list of included materials on one side showing how to connect the racks and lighting. The back page states Step3 and Step4; however there is no Step1 or Step2 on either side. Step 3 shows the bolts going through the rack holes into the wall, but they are diagramed backwards. I did find a helpful video on the Wine Enthusiast site demonstrating how to install the rack, but even the video does not indicate what size drill to use to make the holes in the wall. Attention to detail would make things easier.

While I have nothing really bad to say about this company I always believe a company is only as good as their chosen partners. In this case it is AM Home Delivery. Yes the wine cooler left the warehouse in less than three days, January 14, it is now February 21 and no word on delivery! The transportation provides absolutely no good information, initially their posting said between January 24-February 7. I have called Wine Enthusiast, they know nothing. Tge one person at AM home delivery is nearly possible to understand. I called today and went through the text numbers on automated telephone, nothing. A just plain horrible experience. Think twice about ordering from Wine Enthusiast unless you live next door.
