Friendly Experts!
First, their sales team is very knowledgeable. They really know their products. That's very important since there are various models, and based on your use, that is important. They are friendly; they don't rush you. They have super sales for saving. The refrigeration units can be delicate in shipping. They are pros with the consistency of truckers who also understand the product.

Great Customer Service!!
I was pleasantly surprised to experience Wonderful customer service when I ordered 2 items to be delivered to two different addresses. In the process though chosen to go to two different areas of the country both items went to Fl. I spoke to Fedex and they would not pick it up but I spoke to WE and they did!
Bravo, I was so elated as I was running out of options( I didn’t want my recipient of the gift to have to send it on or go through the time and effort to create a ticket either! Thank you Wine Enthusiast!
