Far pagare quasi 80€ per aver lasciato la macchina quasi piena (saranno mancati un paio di litri forse) voi come lo chiamate??? Poi vorrei sapere come applicate le penali??come controllare gli importi addebitati??

A seguito della Sua segnalazione, abbiamo contattato l'ufficio in cui ha noleggiato, ed i colleghi ci hanno confermato che l'auto è rientrata a metà serbatoio. Quando la vettura noleggiata rientra senza il pieno di carburante si applica quanto previsto dalle nostre Condizioni Generali di noleggio:

....Servizio carburante: Il Cliente è obbligato a riconsegnare il veicolo, a fine nolo, con il pieno di carburante e di farlo registrare dall'addetto Win Rent al momento del check in. In caso di mancato rifornimento il Cliente sarà addebitato del costo Servizio ripristino carburante costituito da un importo fisso e da un importo forfettario.
L'importo fisso del servizio pari ad euro 18,00 verrà addebitato al Cliente in aggiunta ad un importo forfetario applicato da Win Rent per i litri mancanti, calcolato ad un prezzo maggiorato rispetto al prezzo di mercato.
Il prezzo del carburante è quello pubblicato al momento della riconsegna del veicolo con riferimento all'ultimo aggiornamento disponibile....

La factura de 40.00 euro se refiere a el cargo para la notification dos datos del conductor a las autoridades como consecuencia de la violation del codigo de circulation, segun lo previsto en las Condiciones de alquiler, disponible en el sitio web https://www.winrent.it/en/customer-service/condizioni-generali.php

La policía enviará la multa, con el método de pago autorizado dentro 360 días.

Win Rent no sabe la razon de esta multa. Por major informacion, puedes contactar la Policia. ¿Recibió una factura de su correo electrónico? Tenga en cuenta que puede solicitarlo a cs@winrent.it

Rented at Ciampino

Rented at Ciampino, good car, professional helpful service. A lot of people complain about insurance costs. Unlike many car hire companies you can buy fully comprehensive insurance with zero excess on the winrent website. I would recommend renting that way as there will be no surprises. No car hire business would be able to operate if they really charged the customers 6 pounds a day although you can find these prices on comparison sites.

ROBBED

We arrived at Milan airport and had booked a car with Winrent. It wasn't easy to locate the office and the staff weren't too professional, but we accepted that this was the shortcoming of a low cost budget car rental company. We pre-paid for a 4 day rental, but was offered an insurance to cover the excess of £900, which we opted to NOT take since the insurance offered was £75, a large percentage of what we paid for the rental. We had no problems with the car and returned it. However, on return to the UK we received the invoice where they had deducted the insurance we didnt want. Despite querying this with them they would not refund us, so we have been £75 out of pocket. The problem here is to deal with this company from the UK. RECOMMENDATION: GO WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY. DON'T GO WITH WINRENT. THE GENERAL CONSENSUS OF LOW RATING IS CORRECT!!

No contratéis nada con esta empresa. El trato del personal fue nefasto...a cada cual mas borde...El premio a la persona mas borde fue a la señora del aeropuerto de Milan-Malpensa que nos dijo a la cara que eramos unos inútiles, al final no nos dio la indicaciones de donde dejar el coche y estuvimos dando vueltas por todo el aeropuerto hasta que un empleado de seguridad nos indico muy amablemente donde dejar el coche. El coche que contratamos no lo tuvimos y nos dieron otro que ellos estimaron oportuno....Para eso no deis la opcion a elegir coche. Y el remate es que cuando cogimos el coche estaba sucio por dentro y con un dedo de polvo y barro por fuera. Si quereis alquilar un coche iros a otra empresa que no sea esta.

en primer lugar, nos gustaría agradecerle por el tiempo que tomó informar nuestra interrupción, de hecho, solo a través de los comentarios negativos de nuestros clientes, podemos conocer las situaciones que no cumplen con nuestros estándares de calidad y tomar las medidas correctivas necesarias.
En cualquier caso, su informe ha sido comunicado a nuestro Departamento de Operaciones, que ya se ha activado en este sentido. Con respecto a su reserva, confirmamos que el coche retirado estaba en conformidad con el grupo de auto reservado. El centro de alquiler de Venezia Mestre también ha entregado un auto con GPS, incluso si no fue provisto por su reserva, confirmando la atención a la satisfacción del cliente, manteniendo su nivel alto, como es habitual ser.
Confirmamos que el auto estaba limpio por dentro, solo el cuerpo del coche mostró algunos halos causados por la lluvia arenosa y el mal tiempo, que estaba concentrado en ese lugar preciso, durante su periodo de alquiler; por esto, nos disculpamos si no fue perfectamente compatible con nuestros estándares habituales. Respecto a la devolución del vehículo, el trabajo en curso en Malpensa está causando problemas para la devolución del vehículo. Por lo tanto, lo sentimos por esto, incluso si no depende directamente de WinRent. Confiamos en que no querrá considerar este episodio esporádico y aislado como una razón de prejuicio en el uso futuro de nuestros servicios y, por el contrario, esperamos poder mostrarle lo antes posible toda nuestra eficiencia y profesionalidad habituales.

I will never ever recommend WinRent for anyone!!!!!!!

Worst company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I rented a car in Palermo, Italy for WinRent Italy in July 2018, everything went well. We paid for everything and left the car with no problems or damages. I also recieved a reciept for everything leaving a OK as the manager checked the car for damages.

Now 4 month later in november 2018 the company accuses me for violation of the car and sending me an invoice of a fine 40 Euro, although I have recieved an OK of the manager and I have the reciept.

I am sad to say that a big car rental company like Win Rent do not have any good customer service. I will never recommend anyone for this bogus company.

as already explained by sending a message to your e-mail, we also want to explain here that the cost of 40 euros is charged, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, in the event of a traffic offense committed during the rental.
Although we realize that this type of charge is not positivitely perceived by our customers, we want to specify once again that this is clearly published and is applied by most of car rental companies all over the world.
The administrative fee is applied as handling of the file, for the communication of the driver's data to the authorities who contact us as owner of the vehicle.
We are not aware of the nature of infraction committed because we do not receive the report, but only a telematic request from the authorities. The report is sent directly by the authorities themselves via post, to the address of the driver provided by us, within 390 days from the date of our communication, with instructions for payment.

Hicimos una reserva con Winrent para…

Hicimos una reserva con Winrent para dos días en Italia, recogida en Milán y entrega en Bérgamo. El primer problema ya llegó cuando no sentregaron un coche de menor categoría que el solicitado. Unas semanas más tarde nos llega un mail diciendo que el coche tenía unos rascazos que nosotros no habíamos hecho. Cuando recogimos el coche la chica ya nos dijo que tenía una abolladura en la parte que ahora nos reclaman. Nos cobran un cargo de 194 euros por estos daños. Cuando vemos las propiedades de la foto que nos mandan vemos que está sacada el día 16 de octubre a las cuatro de la tarde, cuando nosotros lo habíamos entregado el 14 de octubre a las 8 de la mañana. Por lo que leo en esta página, es algo que suelen hacer a menudo. Son unos estafadores

No encontré el alquiler del que habla y del cual puede enviar más detalles a cs@winrent.it, pero me gustaría informarle que para el viaje de ida (Tomado el vehículo en una ciudad y regresado a otra ciudad), aplicamos una tarifa de 70.76 euros, impuestos incluidos.
Nuestras tarifas ya están incluidas en el costo del viaje de ida en el precio final, mientras si la reserva se realizó a través de un operador turístico, en el comprobante se escribirá que cobramos el monto localmente.

SCAMMERS! (Booking 42315)

Do NOT rent from this company. We rented a car at the counter, so didn't made a reservation in advance. We asked to rent a car for 5 days, brought it back in time and when we came back home discovered that there were two amounts taken of my creditcard. After a call with Winrent I discovered that the employee at the counter made a contract just for 4 days, so in their opinion we returned the car 1 day to late. Winrent didn't communicate about this all! When we returned the car, the employee says everything was fine en wished us a safe travel home. They didn't even communicate about the extra amount they took from my creditcard. I know I was wrong to sign the contract, but how they try to (NOT) resolve this problem and the way they communicate, it feels like a planned SCAM!

Ce qui est faux du début à la fin. Sunny Cars ne m'a rien confirmé (ils attendent aussi une réponse) et la voiture a été rendue 2h AVANT l'heure à laquelle je devais la rendre. Le Check out le confirme: 11h31 au lieu des 13h30 prévues!
Fuyez Win Rent. C'est du vol pur et simple. J'ai contacté les services économiques du gouvernement, j'attends aussi une réponse. La prochaine étape sera un juge de paix.

nous confirmons que Sunny Cars nous a contactés le 17 septembre et que notre réponse a été envoyée le 25 du même mois. Je regrette qu'ils ne l'aient pas informée en conséquence.

Nous avons réexaminé votre demande et, même si nous confirmons encore une fois que la journée supplémentaire était due, parce que la voiture a été retirée à 08h08 et renvoyée à 11h31 (dépassant ainsi le délai de 59 minutes autorisé), nous avons vérifié que sur le contrat, l'heure indiquée été incorrectement cela de la reservation sans tenir compte de l'avance avec laquelle la voiture a été prise en charge.
Pour cette raison, nous confirmons que le jour supplémentaire sera remboursé directement sur la même carte de crédit utilisée pour le paiement.

win rent est une société d'escros, je me suis fait littéralement volé plus de 600€ pour de. faux dégâts inventés.
a fuir de toutes URGENCES.

Cela fait deux fois que j'envoi un mail a vos services et il ne se passe rien donc je suis assez étonné de votre réponse.
Mais je vous invite a prendre contact par mail au plus vite, car mon dossier va partir chez mon avocat afin de faire bouger les choses.

Pleasant Employee & car but lacking in other areas.....read on

I rented a car from Alghero airport between 30 march 2018 to 10 April 2018. I actually booked through Sixit in the UK but they have no office at Alghero airport and so direct you to the Winrent office - presumably there is some sort of partnership between the two. Anyway, we spent the first 2 days in the city centre(as hotel parking was very restricted) before picking up the car on the third day when we were leaving the city to explore the rest of Sardinia. There was no option for us to pick the car up from Alghero city centre where our hotel was located as Winrent has no presence there (at least no presence open on that particular Saturday before Easter Sunday) - so we had to go to Alghero airport, which is a 30 Euro cab ride or take a bus at a fraction of that price, which we did. We also got charged an additional premium location fee of 80 Euros for picking up the car from the airport - which was levied when I booked - it was mandatory. Anyway, on arrival at the airport we went to the Winrent desk and was met by a very pleasant man called Lorenzo - who retrieved our booking and expedited the formalities of checking ID, payment, insurance etc. We were led to the car, 5 minutes walk away - which was identical to what we had asked for at time of booking - a Fiat 500L TREK Diesel. Lorenzo was able to help me deal with the quirky handbrake mechanism and any other issues. Car was immaculate and clean and drove very well around all the parts of Sardinia we went to - particularly some of the tedious mountain roads on the gulf of Orosei National park on the East coast. There were no issues with the car over 10 days, even though I did struggle to find the fog lights, which were needed as clouds descended quickly at times whilst driving high in the mountain range. Diesel consumption was reasonable and the car was in good shape, smooth and very easily driveable. Anyway, at the end of our trip we returned the car to the airport at Winrent car parking area. The only problem is you then have to walk from the car park to the airport building to alert an official, who then comes out as Winrent have no office or visible employees in their car park. I did try to call the airport building office of Winrent but no one picked up. Anyway, I went into the airport and saw Lorenzo at the Winrent desk and he came to check the car out - there were no problems and we quickly said our goodbyes.....very pleasant check out. I have marked this review 3 mainly because of 3 things. Firstly, the additional premium location fee, which is scandalous, especially as you don't have any other option of where to collect the car. Secondly, no city centre location -this is important as you may not want to be driving from day one and prefer to visit the city first and then head off straight on your journey to other parts off Alghero.Thirdly, the lack of a presence nor portacabin iin the Airport car park. I feel it is unreasonable to expect customers dropping off the car to have to walk to the ariport building and alert an official, especially as you then have to walk back to check the car with the official. All the main rivals have a portacabin and employees in their car park.That said, Lorenzo was brilliant.....he was a great exponent of Winrent and was very professional in all his dealings with us. He had a very pleasant manner and gave you the confidence that you were not being trapped. He never insisted on extra insurance etc, just pointed out type of covers etc. Plus when inspecting the car, he wasn't looking for scratches that weren't there before we rented. As you will see from my other reviews of a rival car here company, Europcar, my experience was very different. Certainly Winrent is the best car rental experience I have had from the three I have used in Sardinia. Well done Lorenzo but Winrent please take note of what I said regarding the exorbitant premium location fee; lack of city centre presence or to be open like most of your rivals do on Saturdays. Also a employee and office presence is needed in the airport car park.

Same story as many others on here. Returned the car clean and on time and was signed off and verified as such.

About 6 weeks following the rental the mysterious 40 EUR charge appears on my American Express. No justification or reason whatsoever. This happens too much to be a coincidence.

Winrent - you have 48 hours to rectify this otherwise I am;
a. Notifying American Express that this is a fraudulent transaction
b. Campaigning with Rentalcars.com to get you removed from their platform based on all of the Trustpilot reviews on you.

You cannot run a business this way in these times.

Dear Tim,

thank you to give us once again the opportunity to explain that 40 euro is not a suspicious charge, but the fee due (as clearly stated by our Terms and Conditions) in case of a violation to the Traffic Code committed during the rental.
Even if this charge is not welcomed by the customers, of course, we would like to make clear that this is a procedure applied by most of car rental companies and that it is an administrative fee due for the handling fee to have informed the Authorities of the driver's data.

Alquilamos un coche en Florencia el día…

Alquilamos un coche en Florencia el día 4 de octubre, se me cobran 200€ de los cuales me comenta el chico que nos atiende que si devolvemos el coche con el depósito lleno de nos devolverán 45€, cuál es mi sorpresa cuando el día 12, veo que tengo otro cargo de 154€, hablamos con el chico y solo sabe decirme que los 200€ no están cobrados, que se retuvieron y que ya están devueltos, le digo que no y al final sin tener xq le envío mis cuentas donde puede ver que no le estoy mintiendo, al final su forma de salir de esta es decir que de que lo estoy acusando y que si quiero algo que hable con la central...perdona???, evidentemente voy a hacer una denuncia y voy a ir al banco para que se me devuelva el dinero que se me ha cobrado de más.
Sois unos estafadores!!!!

Great experience with Winrent !!

I am completely satisfied & happy with all aspects of my experience with Winrent. I booked direct with them online and found the website easy to navigate & terms and conditions clear. I opted for the Nissan Qashqai (or similar) with complete insurance waiver package for peace of mind. I was very pleased with the overall price & email confirmations after booking. Upon arrival at the airport (Palermo, Sicily) whilst wading through the long queues for other well-known car hire companies, I was pleased to see no que for Winrent – happy days! A quick 5 minutes of going through details & a copy of my credit card (for security only, no money was taken), I was handed the key for a Qashqai (I was dreading this part because of past experiences with getting fobbed off with tired looking cars with war wounds). To my pleasant surprise I found myself looking at a new (12k miles) top of the range Qashqai with not a scratch in sight. Fantastic car to drive & thankfully no problems whatsoever. We dropped the car back out of office hours & key in the drop box and received an email several days later to say our emergency credit card deposit was released. A smooth experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company.
