Cobro no autorizado. La primera semana de noviembre…

La primera semana de noviembre alquilamos un coche pequeño. Entrega sin problemas. Pero hicieron un cargo no autorizado de 40 euros el 31.12.2017, nochevieja. La forma para recuperar lo cobrado ha sido denuncia ante la policía y reclamación al banco y a la tarjeta VISA. Me devolvieron el dinero "cobrado indebidamente".

El cargo de 40.00 euro es correcto y se refiere a la notification dos datos de el conductor a las Autoridades como consecuencia de una violation del codigo de circulation. Win Rent no sabe la razon de esta multa. La policía de Urbino enviará la multa, con el método de pago autorizado dentro 360 días. Atentamente

AVOID

AVOID! same experience as everyone else it seems. Not returned my desposit after 10 days. Taken 2 charged out - one of £45 and one of £80 a week later. No explanation. No response to emails. Basically fraud!

we are glad to inform you that your deposit has been released the same day when you returned, while about the deductions, we can find only one amount charged on your credit card. Kindly note that it is referred to the missing fuel, because the car was at 1/8 of tank when returned, so (as per our Terms and Conditions) the missing liters (30) have been charged on the credit card at the published cost, as well as a Refuelling Service fee of € 18.00 + VAT due when the car is returned not full.

We would like also to say that about the copy found into the car for an highway toll not paid, you have to provide to its payment by yourself, otherwise you'll incurr to an extra charge of € 40.00 charged by us as a penalty, in addition to the payment of toll that the highway company can ask within 5 years

AVOID IT!

AVOID IT! They're cheaters and charged 40 Euro from my card after 3 months without any email or notification. I'll try to refund the transaction with my bank

11 July UPDATE: 40 euro were successfully refunded! I've submitted a complaint to a transaction through MasterCard and my bank, on the next day after the illegal transaction. Today, ~75 days later, the transaction was declared as illegal and the money was returned. Thank the bank and payment system, and shame on WinRent!

autonoleggio con winrent all’aereoporto Di bari

Dovevo ritirare un auto all’ aereo porto di Bari il volo e’ arrivato alle 8.10 da Milano. Alle 8.12 ero presso il desk dove non c’era l’addetto, ma un numero di telefono. Ho chiamato e L ‘addetto il sig. Rino mi ha detto che era all’autolavaggio con La mia auto che era appena rientrata. Dopo varie telefonate l’addetto e’ arrivato alle 8.42 e anziché scusarsi molto arrogante mi ha detto che non era colpa sua se doveva portare anche la macchina a lavare e comunque il noleggio era alle 8.30 quindi solo 12 minuti di ritardo. Me ne sono andato ma poi L azienda mi ha detto che la macchina era sta prepagata. Rientrato L’addetto si e’ rifiutato di darmi la macchina. Mai piu winrent.

Do not use Winrent?

Do not use. They add excessive extra charges. they claimed we were late dropping the car off and then changed it to being late picking a car up on a Saturday and the form says we picked up at 19:55. We were at the desk manned by 3 people at the time. Every day they are open 08:00 till 23:00 except Saturday when they work 09:00 till 17:00. What car rental company does that? In fact we picked the car up on a Sunday within their advertised hours though they seem to work restricted hours on Sunday too now.

I just realise that I got charged for 40 euros without explanation knowing that the car was in a perfect condition and not a scratch ,full tank. Anyway I would like to know what was the charge for. I rented through autoeurope with voucher number13535023. I tried to contact both winrent and autoeurope but no answers.

Servizio scadente ..ho prenotato tramite rentalcars con la winrent..non ho ritirato l'auto non si sono degnati di avvisare la rentalcara..e ho perso buona parte del denaro prima uscito per colpa loro ..lo SCONSIGLIO!!

siamo spiacenti di leggere la sua opinione in merito ai nostri servizi, vorremmo però precisare che la vettura non è stata fornita in quanto non era in possesso di una carta di credito.

Ci spiace che il sito di RentalCars non evidenzi abbastanza chiaramente che il possesso di carta di credito è un requisito essenziale per il noleggio e che la loro policy di rimborso preveda delle penali, ma non avendo effettuato una prenotazione diretta con WinRent, non possiamo darle assistenza su questo aspetto.

In considerazione del fatto che il noleggio non ha avuto luogo, saremmo lieti di vederla nuovamente presto uno dei nostri centri di noleggio per offrirle la possibilità di esprimere un giudizio sul servizio reso.

Servizio di qualità

Sono molto soddisfatto del mio noleggio. Ho prenotato online, il prezzo è stato conveniente per il servizio offerto. Mi è stata consegnata una Fiat 500. La macchina era nuova e pulita. Il personale al banco è stato gentile e professionale. Mi hanno aiutato a risolvere un inconveniente con il metodo di pagamento. Consigliato.

Be very careful when using this company…

Be very careful when using this company to hire a vehicle.
The company are not open about their charges and there are many hidden charges which they don't tell you about until you have already hired the car. I have contacted them numerous times and tried to get these resolved with no luck
I would never use them again

Noleggio Citroen a Fiumicino 10 e lode

Ho noleggiato un'auto all'aeroporto di Roma Fiumicino, ho trovato subito e facilmente il centro noleggio e ho trovato un dipendente molto simpatico e disponibile. L'auto nuovissima con pochi chilometri, tra l'altro grande per il prezzo che ho pagato (14,43€!!!). Nessun intoppo, auto pulita e consegna velocissima.
Tornerò senz'altro da Winrent.

We rent a car at Winrent 19-10-17 in Pisa, today, 3 months later we got a fine of E 40,00!! Very strange i see that a lot of people got a fine of E 40,00. Very coincident! I don't trust this at al. I want some explanation and proof or this is the last time we rent a car at Winrent, we rent 2 or 3 times a car each year with a lot of different companies and we never had any trouble untill now......

Better leave it alone

Better leave it alone. Unfriendly staff, speaking barely English, with no knowlegde of the cars they rent. Also no interest in recording all the damage at the car before rental starts. We had to tell them twice to write everything down.

Honest Company

From my experience I can say that Winrent is a decent and honourable company. I had a dispute with them which they settled in a way that showed them to be a reliable and honest company.
The rental car was fine as well.
