Ho noleggiato una Micra presso questa compagnia come auto di cortesia da parte della mia concessionaria nell'aereoporto di Cagliari.
Delle 4 o 5 compagnie a cui mi sono rivolto quest'estate in aeroporto questa è indubbiamente la peggiore.
Anche io mi sono trovato un addebito sulla carta che mi era stato notificato in maniera del tutto poco chiara 3mesi dopo per disguidi accaduti tra la suddetta compagnia e l'assistenza della mia vettura.

Lad absolut være med at bruge dette firma. De hæver penge længe efter lejemålet er endt. Lejede en bil sommeren 2017, pludselig kommer der nye betalinger i november. 2 gange 40 euro = over 600 danske kroner. Man kan skrive til deres customer service - de skriver aldrig tilbage - man kan ringe til dem, men de kan kun italiensk - så med mindre du er stærk i italiensk. Det eneste du kan gøre er at spærre dit visa-kort. Hold dig langt væk fra win rent

Guys i highly suggest you to stay away from renting anything from that company. Dont get me wrong it is all good while renting first, they seem professionals but when giving the car back they will charge you for the crashes made before you which you have no idea and they will say its written on the contract. Because of you have a plane to catch you cant do anything. After when you get back to your home country they starting to charge fees from your credit card for the parking tickets and stuff which you have no idea. And they dont even pay the tickets with the money they charge on you. It is only for notification which has been said in the agreement!! (1 notification 40 euro). They will charge anything from your credit card and say it was written on the contract and you cant say anything. You cant go to police because you are back home. You cant open a lawsuit, you cant do anything. Just stay away if you dont want to get robbed. I will never rent anything from italy ever again. Dont get mistaken by the low prices, there is always a trick.

El día 11 de Noviembre alquilé un coche por un día en Nápoles Estación Central, entregándolo en el mismo sitio y a la hora acordada sin novedad alguna. El día 12 de noviembre me han efectuado un cargo en mi tarjeta Visa por importe de 18,30€ a nombre de AUTONOLEGGIO WIN RENT sin que tenga información alguna sobre el motivo de dicho cargo. El alquiler se efectuó sin franquicia.

El día 22 de noviembre estando con mi esposo rentamos un carro a través de SIXRent en asocio con WinRent, pues teníamos la intención de hacer un "road trip" por Roma, Florencia, Venecia, Milán y Turin ... y ohh sorpresa justo 10 minutos después de haber salido del garaje nos robaron, nos rompieron la llanta con un cuchillo, y nos detuvimos pensando que se nos había pinchado la llanta, luego de ello se nos acercó alguien diciendo que no nos podíamos parquear en el lugar donde estábamos, distrayéndonos a mi esposo y a mi, para luego sacar uno de nuestros maletines donde además de haber pertenencias de valor, estaban nuestros pasaportes y cédulas de ciudadanía ... luego de ello llegamos WinRent quizás 30 minutos después de lo sucedido y es la hora y no sé qué ha pasado con la cancelación del automóvil, nosotros entregamos el vehículo en las mismas condiciones y temo que hagan cargos no autorizados a mi tarjeta de crédito ... además porque el seguro que tuve que tomar fue un "todo" riesgo ...

I was charged 40 euros from my bank account with no explanation from win rent. I had changed my bank card, so I have no idea how they could still withdraw money from me. I had full insurance and the car was in perfect shape when we left it in August 2017. I think this is very very dodgy. I would not trust this company, I see there are many complaints about the same issue with win rent.

My agreement no 39228 BT 161017 dated 16/10/17 invoice 00681 dated 21/1017 in Rome airport.. I did not get any response from WINRENT but a few weeks later, the car travel broker that used WINRENT got me back 42 Euros out of 51 Euros.

My wife and I bought a holiday package from Broadway Travel which included a car voucher with WInrent supplied by Flexible autos. When in Rome airport I was given the rental agreement to sign and then on it there was an extra line of SUPER COVER PROMO which costs 51 Euro for 5 days. I queried what is this and the guy said, it has been paid for already and so don't worry. I asked again as I said my original voucher did not have nil excess as I have my own Annual Car Excess Insurance cover. But the guy kept saying, it has been paid for already. But when I came back, guess what , my credit card was debited with 51 euros. The holiday package company Broadway travel said I signed it and there is nothing they can do about it. Dodgy company or dodgy employees..
so strange that we all have been charged with a 40€ fine at the same moment and with no explanations on the type of code violation we caused....

Retour plein avec un quart d'essence en moins. Impossible de faire le plein avec CB dans les stations essences autour de l'aeroport Marco Polo de Venise (c'est étrange) pas de rendu sur monnaie.
Résultat facturation de 50 euro pour un quart d'essence.

je recherchais une location de voiture sur Naples.
Après avoir fait le tour des loueurs dans le secteur de la gare Garibaldi j'ai trouvé un loueur raisonnable en prix avec l'assurance super cover qu'il vaut mieux prendre en Campanie.
L’hôtesse à l'agence de la gare allait fermer et m'a donné un prix en téléphonant à ses collègues de l'aéroport et m'a conseillé de réserver en ligne.lorsque j'ai réservé sur le site j'ai eu un prix encore plus intéressant : 114.81€ pour 3 jours avec restitution du véhicule à l'aéroport.
Ensuite j'ai regardé les évaluations trustpilot qui n'étaient pas engageantes et j'ai commencé à prendre peur...
J'ai du prolonger ma location d'une journée et là c'est devenu un peu compliqué et in fine on voulait me facturer dans les 90€ pour la journée supplémentaire! alors qu'en prenant livraison du véhicule l’hôtesse m'avait parlé de 47€
Après quelques échanges d'emails winrent finit par me accéder à ma demande et me facturer seulement les 47€ comme annoncé par oral.
la voiture était récente, propre bien entretenue et nous n'avons eu aucun problème particulier et nous sommes satisfaits.(je voyageais avec mon épouse)
Seul bémol, les hôtesses de winrent au comptoir, surtout à celui de l'aéroport ne sont pas très aimables, certes , elles sont bien maquillées , j'étais le seul client ; elles étaient 2 mais aucune d'entre elles a daigné se lever et m'expliquer où déposer le véhicule elle me montraient l'endroit où devait se situer leur collègue sur le parking ; malheureusement au moment où je l'ai cherché, il était absent...
Malgré ce désagrément, je ne peux que donner une bonne note globale à winrent.it et , si le personnel avait été plus agréable et serviable, j'aurais donné 5 étoiles.

We have used your service and booked a car ( fiat 500 ) at Winrent in Bari, Italy. ( reservation nr. 348249788 )
The payment was made in advance. However, upon our arrival we have received fiat panda, which is about 30% cheaper.
The guy at reception at Winrent said that no other cars were available at the moment and that Fiat Panda is the only option.
We agreed to take a car and said that we would like to have a 30% discount because the car is cheaper. He said that he is not in charge of this question and can’t do anything about it.
Later on with the bad mood we went to the parking to pick the car and surprisingly Fiat 500 which we reserved was standing next to the Fiat Panda which we have gotten . ( I have a proof ( picture ) and can show you if you answer me, because there is no such option to attach the picture in this contact form ).
We went to the guy at reception and asked why we can not get a car which is apparently available as it is staying at the parking. The guy started making silly excuses that the car is reserved for some employee ( which obviously is a lie because the car is available and standing there and we paid for it in advance ). And even if it was reserved for an employee - Why the employee couldn’t get a Fiat Panda instead so that we could get the car that that we paid for in advance???
We understand that sometimes you are not getting the car that you reserved. ( there is also line that says “or similar” ). However, our car was standing right next to the more cheaper car that we got. And also we didn’t receive a similar car - first of all, there is about 30% price difference which in my opinion is a lot and don’t fall in “similar” category. And obviously many other things. I really can’t think of any way how these cars can be similar...
Would like to hear what management have to say about this because the guy at reception was obviously hiding something or was afraid of something, idk. But he acted very sketchy. I also asked to call his manager and he said that he has no manager.
This is my first time in Italy and this was my first service that I stumbled upon and was very frustrated because of it and the mood was gone just like that. Hopefully not all businesses in Italy are like this one.
This is the same as buying a 3 room flat and receiving way smaller 2 room flat for the money paid for larger 3 room flat. ( I’m not talking about the difference in size, but the money )
Anyway - if there is some management guy I can talk to, I would appreciate it.

Almost a month after renting a car my credit card emergency deposit has still not been released! What is more, they charged me additional 319 euro for no reason.
Rented a car in rome everything was great but now i recived a charge for 40 pounds from my account for a traffic violation 2 months after i was there which is fair enough i realise these things take time to be processed so i paid it . Its now 3 months since my visit and i have just recieved an email to tell me i am being charged ANOTHER 40 pounds for a traffic violation i have tried to contact winrent to see what the crack is but like everyone else with the same issues have had no such luck hopefully someone from the company will read this and maybe do there job not holding my breathe

Nous avons eu un incident avec la voiture. Bien qu'ayant pris l'assurance nous avons du payer des sommes astronomiques pour un remorquage et une assurance.
Sans parler de leur vulgarité et leur mépris.
Evitez cette compagnie d'escroc !
Having seen quite many poor ratings I had some negative expectations with my rental, but it was already done and paid. I had full cover with 0€ excess through AutoEurope. On the first day I noticed a quite serious scratch below the front door...somebody on the parking place had been a bit careless what seems to be somewhat usual in Italy. When returning the car to Winrent I told about the scratch. Surprisingly the clerk started to check their photo database to see what were the exact damages after earlier customers: no damage was the answer! The scratch I assumed to be mine was already in the photos. So extremely good service!
La Winrent mi è sembrata da subito seria ed affidabile anche se poi mi sono trovato un'addebito sull'estratto conto della carta di credito, precedentemente non specificato
Un successivo colloquio con il loro servizio clienti ha comunque permesso di chiarire la cosa
Complessivamente quindi, un buon servizio
