Oyster was responsible and responsive. The only change I would make is it took a few days to get my policy active I was hoping to get it active quicker but I’m glad everything is done.
Amazing customer service
I had made a quote for insurance on a new ebike I purchased. I filled out the information incorrectly which resulted in higher premiums. They called me right away, addressed the change and found ways to save me even more money!
For an E-Trike
I ordered fur my E-Trike and after 2 weeks I decided to chat and see what the hold up was.
Long story but it was pending because I entered the wrong value of the Trike.
But all worked out and I'm a happy policy holder.
SCAMMERS DONT USE FOR INSURANCE!
When i first purchase my bike online, i was sent an email to finish my application for oysters. I told the rep who emailed me that i dont have the serial number or the bike & do not feel comfortable starting insurance on an item i do not have. Then once i received bike in mail i reached out to oysters to start my policy. I was sent an email statement that they do not & will not insure my bike until the tropical storm passes my area. WHAT A F’ING SCAM OYSTER. I will never do business with this company & will never tell any friends or colleagues about this insurance company.

Quick and easy just be honest.
Ebikes are relatively new to the insurance game. You had options other than Ebike class 1 2 3 that most didnt.
Easy application process- great pricing.
I applied for eBike insurance and the process was easy and pricing was great! They also have an identification process that worked without difficulty.

One recommendation or should I say two: 1) You should let your prospects know that if they request a policy on a weekend, they will need to wait until Monday through Friday to have a policy in effect. 2) You should provide a phone number for your prospective clients to use when they decide to insure with you...

The site was very easy to navigate and pick and choose what type of coverage I wanted and rates were very reasonable
