The products are good, but there are many competitors which are cheaper and offer better value for money; embroidery also could be better and delivery could be faster.

Ordered some forging safety glasses. Quoted on the item 3 weeks delivery but came in just over a week. Good price as well. First time ordered from this supplier. You are always concerned that they don't live up to expectations but for me they did. Will use again.

I like the product not the communication
I like the product, it seems more reliable than my old waterproofs. Although I have not tried it on as yet, it feels more robust than my old stuff.
The dislike is the communication, I had to chase customer services after 10 days of not recieving my order, to be told they didn't have it in stock but should have it in stock shortly, the lady I spoke with was nice enough, just a quick message to say there was a delay would have been appreciated rather than me chasing.
Other than that everything else has been good.

Following your contact with us, we reviewed the information and photographs you provided and arranged a prepaid Royal Mail returns label so that the incorrect garment could be returned to us at no cost to you.
We also confirmed that the correct garments would be sent as a replacement once the incorrect item was received back at our warehouse.
At the time of writing, we have not yet received the returned garment. As soon as it reaches us, we will be able to proceed with the replacement or a refund.
We look forward to receiving your return and resolving this matter without further delay.

Had to call to find out when item was…
Had to call to find out when item was arriving, as hadn't arrived by the 5 working days it'd stated. Was told they were experiencing difficulties with their distribution centre. The item then arrived around 4 days later. Item was as described, although one of the poppers was missing, but couldn't be bothered to go through the rigmarole of trying to return it.
