Had to call to find out when item was arriving, as hadn't arrived by the 5 working days it'd stated. Was told they were experiencing difficulties with their distribution centre. The item then arrived around 4 days later. Item was as described, although one of the poppers was missing, but couldn't be bothered to go through the rigmarole of trying to return it.

Very good work trousers.
The combat/work trousers were very good quality and value for money. I liked the lined knees, which help in the winter - especially on site. There were enough pockets but not so, so many that some work trousers have.
Overall, the best value work trousers I've had.
