Quick delivery initially
Quick delivery initially, but abysmal customer service and damaged goods I recently ordered 11 body warmers and 11 polo shirts for my staff. To be fair, the delivery arrived quite quickly. However, upon inspection, one of the body warmers had two holes in the collar.
I contacted customer service and sent photos of the damage. They quickly promised to send a replacement item. Unfortunately, that was the last I heard from them. It has now been three weeks, and despite following up with two emails, they are completely ignoring me.
What makes this doubly disappointing is that if they had simply responded and resolved this issue, I actually planned to order quite a lot more items from them. Instead, because of this lack of accountability and poor customer service, I am now forced to look for a new supplier for my company uniforms. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable workwear.
