Ordered it, paid. Then got message saying it would be a month. out of stock. Loads of coms when it was coming, but not helpful as had to go elsewhere in the meantime. The staff do like these items though, now they have arrived

Sizes are very out
Sizes are very out. Try to return them but their website, despite e-mailing me daily said i didnt have an account and they had no record of my e-mail address on tge files. Try twice to contact their customer service dept. Went through the contact process filled in their online contact request. Still waiting for a reply.

I have ordered new trousers as an exchange and only came to know they are experiencing delays after emailing them where my order was. If you were expecting delays then you should make your customers aware who will understand your predicament a bit more than having no response whatsoever. I have paid for the postage so you saying you will send it as priority postage makes no sense as my trousers have been delayed far more than necessary and no communication apart from when I emailed you asking about it. Poor service!

Your order was placed on 22 August, dispatched on 26 August and delivered the following day, 27 August. The order was therefore dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product listing, and we are sorry that you found this lead time slow.
With regard to returns, please note we do accept unsuitable items in accordance with our returns policy, although the cost of returning an unsuitable item is the customer's responsibility.

Site workwear trousers
This is second purchase of this brand/style of workwear as the material is light and stretches..i am plus size so it can be diffucult to find comfy site trousers..My only moan is they dont do a short/regular version for 29/30 inch leg so ive had to pay for them to be turned up...A+ for comfort and durability...delivery was a bit slow compared to Amazon etc but otherwise good.
