No stock held
For the second time out of three orders im waiting over 12 days on a delivery, i dont mind waiting on an item but its 2025 and most places offer next day delivery. Not the next two weeks. No communication to tell me about any delays or anything. I message 9 days after my order placed to get confirmation of delivery in 48 hour deliver from monday. No delivery on Wednesday even tho my emails tell me otherwise. The issue is no stock is held, they get the item sent to them to send out on orders. Order was placed the 25/7/25 still no delivery on the 6/8/25

Hi Alan, We’ve tried to get in touch with you a few times without success, so decided to respond here.
We’re really sorry this order took 6 working days to dispatch. One of your items had to be brought in from another location, which took longer than normal. On top of that, your delivery to Scotland was slower than Royal Mail’s usual service, so you were unfortunately caught by two separate delays.
Just to clarify one point we do hold stock, but because we carry such a large range we can’t keep every single item in our UK dispatch centre at all times. When something isn’t there, we transfer it in before sending it to you.
We can see you’ve ordered from us several times before and previously shared great feedback about the service. We’re sorry this experience hasn’t matched that, and as promised, we’ll happily arrange a return and refund if you’d like to send the items back.

Work boots are lovely just what I need for a bit of style, everyone has commented on how nice they look. I mainly work in the office but I wear them all day so when I need to visit site, I'm ready to go.

Had an issue with Buckboots hiviz high leg
Had an issue with work boots nothing to do with workwear gurus but with manufacturers
Informed workwear gurus and had a replacement pair within 7 days ( including week end days) it was Brian from workwear gurus who helped me through the whole ordeal, he kept me informed and was so apologetic even tho it was not workwear gurus problem but Buckbootz, I had an issue with the sole, were my toe crease is, it started to delaminate from the upper sole but like I say could not have wished for more of a professional service

My steel capped leather work/dress shoes arrived. (SS500 CM S1P SRC SIZE 9)
I am a consulting engineer who in any day can be on dangerous worksites and formal business meetings.
The black leather brogues with steel caps and padded ankle collars are the best I have seen or worn for safety, comfort and dress.
I am delighted with them.
The design/quality/packing with insoles and spare laces is exquisite.

Waited 14 days to have to shop elsewhere
Waited 14 days for my boots to be told I was going to have to wait for another week for them.
Didn’t state anywhere on the site that delivery would take anywhere near that long, was only emailed once they had took payment.
Definitely won’t be bothering again

I had been wanting to try Snickers Litework work pants for a while but I am in the US and they are basically impossible to find anywhere. A few international websites have them but aren’t shipping to the US due to tariffs.
Not only does Workeear Gurus ship to the US amid tariffs, they had the exact slim fit Litework pants in the 3 colors that I wanted! The Litework work pants are perfect for summer. My company does not allow us to wear shorts due to insurance purposes so these pants are a must. For me, the best part of these pants are that you can wear the kneepads with them and they are barely noticeable and do not make the pants hot or uncomfortable, I am extremely satisfied with these pants!
