Workwear Nation Reviews

Order received

AVOID. Another company that has the cheek to charge a lot for shipping but doesn't actually hold any stock. Once emailed just had a passive aggressive reply. Don't waste your time spend a couple extra quid and get things quicker with better service

Popped in on way home from work, both the guys in store were great, very helpful and accommodating enquired about a lot of in store stock and some printing solutions for work wear fantastic guys will be a frequent customer!!

Great selection helpful staff very knowledgeable

Excellent choice and service. Great experience.

Paid £4 for delivery. Had to wait nearly a week to get the boots. When i rang to ask if they had posted them yet i was told “it’s only been two days since you placed the order, you can’t expect them to be in the post already”

Been a week, not even shipped yet was told it would arrive within few days but hasn’t even left the warehouse

Went for slightly larger trousers and team were very helpful and got what I needed 1st time

Order was fine just took abit longer than expected but had quick contact from company when contacted

*UPDATE* Police do not provide crime reference numbers for crimes that haven’t been committed. Courier left my parcel in my garden which was no advised or asked by myself therefore it is not theft that my parcel has been taken just means the courier didn’t do their job properly. After being passed backwards and forwards between the courier and this company both refusing to rectify the mistake meaning I am out of pocket without the product I paid for.I will bring reporting to trading standards*

Ordered a pair of work boots for my partner Almost £60 paid including delivery. Delivery driver left the parcel in my garden apparently but when I went to collect the parcel it wasn’t there. Contacted both courier and workwear nation and it’s been almost a week still no refund or the product I ordered. So I’m out of pocket and my partner is without work boots. Had to go and purchase more work boots from a different company. Won’t be ordering again and definitely wouldn’t recommend given the lack of customer service when it comes to rectifying a mistake.

Talk 6 days To get to the currier Very poor service would not order again from here

Excellent service, wouldn’t hesitate to use again

Great store, great workwear

Great service from these guys ,well with the visit

Goods arrived on time although I found the work trousers to be a small fitting all my jeans and work wear are a 34 waist the trousers were far to small . Really happy with the quality but I'd advise buyers to but the next size up
