I’ll give 2 stars because the service hasn’t been bad but I sent a parcel back in October and asked for an exchange, spoke over email with a guy to let him know what items I would like to exchange for as the one I originally purchased didn’t fit. Since then I’d not heard anything from them and when I reached out to them I was told my parcel hadn’t arrived so there’s nothing I could do if I didn’t have proof of postage. Understandable but at the same time, there’s no reason for me not to return the item because a) it didn’t fit and b) I was asking for an exchange not my money back so all in all I’m around £120 out of pocket and they claim to never have received my parcel

Hi Stuart, we process hundreds of returns every month, normally on the day we receive them. We have catorgorically not received your return. We did say we'd look into it if you provided us with the tracking, it may have been delivered to another unit on our estate etc. You have not provided us with the tracking number or proof of postage so there is little we can do. We cannot refund items unless we have actually received the item. I feel this poor review should be directed to the courier you used or to the person who sent a £120 item without getting tracking information. I hope you understand our position.

Hi Craig, apologies that you have an issue with your order, as advised through emails unfortunately there has been an error with the delivery label, all our orders get automatically processed with the couriers and the business name has been missed off the label on the couriers side, we have emailed them to update the address but unfortunately the parcel is already returning back to ourselves, therefore we have dispatched a replacement order for you and this has since been delivered to you today, looking into the next day delivery this was purchased on a standard delivery option. BETTER LATE THAN NEVER
I ordered 3 Snickers Polo shirts more than 6 weeks ago. I live in Australia, and was expecting delivery to take place at most, within 2 to 3 weeks. I just received my polo shirts, after 6 weeks, which is, way too long to have to wait for delivery to take place.
Workwear Nation is a good company, and the late delivery, can be attributed to the courier company, rather than WorkwearNation….✅✅✅
