Children's Carnival With No Items in Hand
I have a children's carnival event this weekend (8/22) I was estimated a delivery date of 8/13, today is 8/19. I have nothing in hand and have already paid for my items. When calling they wanted another $108 to expedite to ensure I get my already late items in time. Now I have to go and buy more supplies. (Defeats the purpose of a fundraiser)

Solid wristbands - highly recommended
Navigating the ordering portal is a little wonky, but ultimately I was able to order what I wanted - product is solid. This is the 2nd year I have ordered these for giveaways at a concert - people have loved them. The options to create exactly what you want with colors, printing or raised with different colored texts and icons is fantastic. Production time was fast & I was given an option for free shipping based upon when I wanted/needed the product. Shipping was efficient and quick, packaging was safe & I received the product when I was told I would. I would purchase from them again. Production

Love the bands however they came 2 days late for my brother’s funeral I did get reimbursed however I spent double that shipping the bracelets out to the guests. That took a lot of time and money. I would definitely recommend yall but not for quick shipping. I spent 300.00$ plus shipping to the people who attended the funeral:( I chose yall instead of Amazon bc yall had the “quicker” shipping. Delivery service
The product is amazing. But I didn’t get my order on time. I needed to give them away at the funeral, and it made it 4 days past the date. Now I’m stuck with product that I can’t give away as a gift to friends and family that was at the funeral. Very disappointed.😢

We like the wristbands but…
We like the wristbands. Good value with freebies. But the shipping was disappointing. Said they would arrive July 20. Our event was starting July 21. But sadly they didn’t arrive until July 23!!!
Then at least 15 bands were a totally different group. Not our bands.

Customer service was superbly…
Customer service was superbly wonderful--very responsive with my many questions before I was ready to place my order.
However, a warning for having a message on the inside of the wrist bands--pay the extra 4 cents per wrist band because embossing alone is hardly readable and some were embossed deeper than others. The ones that were embossed not as deep are not readable at all.
It is confusing to also get email from Swag Print.
A bit too many solicitation emails as soon as you have my email address.

I was promised I’d have my bands before…
I was promised I’d have my bands before my event and I didn’t get them so we didn’t have bands for my event. I was also told if I ordered 600 bands I’d get 200 free and I did not. Will not use or recommend this company because they don’t stand on their word. Literally stick with 600 bands and out of almost $300.
