10/10 would purchase again!!!! These were so cheap!!! And they came in super fast! The bracelets are perfect. Exactly what I ordered. They seem to be of a high quality!

It all started with the chat customer service! I placed my order, but wasn't able to get the free 200. Freddy, my chat rep, was super easy to work with and figured it all out right away! My proofs came in great timing. My coozies and wrist bands came in great timing and they look amazing! Beautiful <3

Wrist-bands turned out great! First time ordering from Wrist-bands, custom process was eaay to use. We were able to use our logo for our church event, the wrist-band color and font looked amazing and fast shipping. Really happy with our product. Plus we were able to get 100 wrist-bands for free! Highly recommend!

I ordered wristbands that were supposed to feature a "gold glitter" font on a white band. Upon delivery, I noticed that the font was simply a standard gold color without any glittery effect. Additionally, there was a substantial amount of silver glitter on all the wristbands. Some of the bands also displayed black smudges, and I found that two of them had pink smudges inside. The wristbands also have "frayed" edges, which I assume indicates where they were meant to be cut. However, the overall appearance is quite sloppy. Given that we purchased 200 of these for a pediatric cancer initiative, I expected a higher quality product.

My order never arrived after a month of waiting. I had ordered the wristbands for advertisement of a new website we had launched and they were going to be free giveaways at a special conference we are going to be at. Now we have nothing so I am scrambling to find a way to advertise the launch. Couldn’t track them with the order number or link. Said tracking was not available. Called the company and was told that the wristbands were made but after that, I never received a good explanation of what had happened to them. So i just asked for a refund. Very disappointed right now.

Received package quickly. The bracelets were exactly what I ordered. Ordered 100 got another 100 for free, which is fantastic since this is for a rescue. Very happy with the product.

The ordering process was great! I had to call customer service so that they could explain something to me, and they were wonderful and extremely helpful! The final product was better than what I could have imagined. I will definitely order again!

Bands arrived as described but too late for the event, even with guaranteed shipping. If you order from here make sure you give PLENTY of lead time.

The design of the wristbands were exactly what we wanted! The free gifts made it even better and our whole family at the reunion enjoyed them a lot better than we thought. The process was super easy and the digital proofing was done quickly and promptly even when small adjustments were made.

The price of the bracelets was really good. I got 100 and then got 200 free which is awesome. However the only negative is the tops of alot of the bracelets the words weren't completely black. The ink faded out at the tops on alot of them. I kept them because I needed them quickly and didnt have time to wait for more.

Fast shipping, quality product, love the feature of proof before buying. 10/10 would recommend purchasing here. This is our second large order and we are pleased.

Easy to order, got exactly what I asked for and had prompt delivery. Prices were better than other companies. Will definitely use them for all our bands and other merchandise from now on.

The band’s themselves are really nice. They look exactly as I wanted. I was disappointed with customer service tho. I ordered 300 Grey bands. I received 2oo grey & 100 white bands. The grey was for brain cancer and the reason I ordered them. When I contacted customer service they did not try to rectify my order. They told me I ordered wrong. No refund. No corrections. Not good customer service.
