My name is Miguel; I own, operate and manage 2 Marketing Firms in the United States and 123 Form not only has been a prime solution for me to streamline some of my customer's business but 123 Form HANDS down has one of the TOP customer service platforms that I have ever encounter. Every single interaction that I have had with the company has been handled with excellence, but most recently a gentleman called "Alex" (Sorry all I have is a first name), takes the grand prize, as I asked him some of the most challenging and complex questions about the 123 Form building capabilities as well as he was creative enough to find a solution for my company to help us expand into bigger markets by providing a solution to upgrade our existing plan without the worry of having to invest for the whole yearly plan in one payment and providing a safety blanket by playing aroung with the billing cycle. For any Marketers and designers out there this is definitely a tool everyone should explore and make the most out of it.

Oana worked with me this morning (Sunday morning) and was knowledgeable and fully responsive in solving my problem. I have a deadline forms project to complete today and would not have been able to do with her help.

If you rely on responses from your web site, don't use these people! After I presumed iit was working fine, I found by checking that my response123 form was not showing on my contact page, told them three times , over a week later still not showing. This is costing me a fortune in missed responses while I pay for Adwords.
All I get is how sorry they are!!!!
Worse thing is I don't know how long it's been going wrong - so if you're with 123 make sure you check your response form regularly.

The customer service was superb! I ran into a few problems and the team did everything in their power to help in a very timely and responsive manner. The forms are also great! Easy to create and manage!

123FormBuilder has help to take our annual charitable golf tournament to the next level. Participants are able to easily complete the form, including golfer information and make payments.

It was easy to set up with full customization.

I think my tech difficulties are typically my fault--user error! But the company has never failed me with prompt and courteous support.

Over the last year or so that I have been working in 123 Form Builder I have come to appreciate how fantastic this program really is. It is amazingly customizable and if you don't know how something works then the staff are more than willing to help you find a solution.
The forms we use are very complicated and use a database back end and 123 Form Builder handles it with ease.
Great program, recommend it to anyone.

I've been using 123contactform for 5 years. While customizing the form can be tricky initially, especially setting payments and rules, I've found customer support to be very helpful, both by live chat and email. (I don't think they're based in the US, so their hours don't always correspond to ours.)
I would like to be able to have more options for formatting to make the forms more visually appealing, and would like to have other payment processing options, but we've never had a technical issue nor any complaints from our customers, and the price is reasonable.

We have used these guys for several mission critical sign-up forms.
Almost every capability we need has been available.

But the main thing I like them about them is their support team. Whenever I have had a "how to" question, someone has been very prompt and efficient in addressing my questions.

123FormBuilder Rocks!

Besides the fact that the forms are easy to build, and integrate into many platforms and apps, the real gem is their live chat service.

We've used it so many times either for embarrassingly obvious easy fixes, to difficult CSS coding, that we almost know the staff personally.

In spite of this, never once have we got "Not these guys again" attitude that so many other live chat services produce.

Please keep up the good work, not enough stars to rate you!

I had worked thru creating 3 complex forms, and had everything I wanted to do 95% complete, but could not figure out the last 5%.

So I sent a very detailed email to 123 Form Support with several questions. I expect to have a off the shelf document to be sent to me, but instead I received a detail custom reply which include several of my screen with arrows to the actual fields I was having issues with.

I followed all the steps and on the first pass everything was resolved and one other point I had not though about was also addressed.

Best tech support ever!

Deian was the best help ever! Not only was my problem fixed, but I now have a video to help me through the process if I need to do this again! This has made my job so much easier!
