If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would. John &David came out to do the impossible. I had a large refrigerator that was somehow installed in a kitchen that seemed to be built around the refrigerator. I needed it removed in order to have a new refrigerator delivered. John & David arrived and made quick work of the removal. They disassembled the refrigerator in order to haul it away and couldn’t have been more professional. They worked together as a team and troubleshot every obstacle in their path. I’m still extremely impressed with their work ethic, speed at which they worked, and overall can-do attitude. They never gave up, never complained, and completed the task quickly and efficiently. If I ever need anything else hauled away or talk to anyone that needs a service like this, I will immediately recommend them. If I owned a company like this, I could only hope to have employees as valuable as these two. They are a credit to their company. I hope they both have a long future there. Thanks again!

They were very professional with a great customer service experience

They arrived 2 hours late! Since our new furniture had arrived, we hauled old furniture outside on lawn. They would have had to carry loveseat and couch less than 20 feet. They quoted $480!! We said no, so they phoned their manager and then quoted $340. We again said no and did it ourselves. Way too expensive!!!

Its a great company and they truly serve the customer well. Its has been a pleasure doing business with them.

I had a great experience with Brayden and Miguel. They were great at explaining their process and priceing. They made sure they took what I had showed them. They had me recheck everything before they left. They also explained what other services the company had to offer. I was so glad they could remove a couple of items that were inside my home. These two young men are outstanding.

Dashaun Terry and his assistant were wonderful to work with. Brian (founder) called me with updates to their arrival time as well. The crew was efficient, friendly, fun and very neat and respectful of our home. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future, or to recommend them to friends, family and neighbors. They made it an easy and swift process, from the initial estimate to the completion of the removal. I really did just need to point! That's awesome and works for me. Thank you very much Dashaun Terry and please pass on our thanks to your assistant that day as well as I did not get his name.

The movers were here about 10 minutes to remove my junk from my second floor. They were efficient and careful of my walls. They called before arrival and kept me informed of their arrival time.
They did a great job for me. I’m very pleased.

Zacary was amazing he helped me out a lot very hard working he got all of my household belongings out thank you.

Luke and Drew were so friendly and helpful. They were able to quickly load my stuff and helped me understand how everything works. It was so easy!

They came earlier than planned but called ahead. They were quick, courteous, and emptied a literal mountain of garbage bags from my back deck.
It was a little expensive but absolutely worth every penny in my mind. Peace of mind is important to me, as is speed.
