1st-Line Equipment Reviews 

After much research on quality tampers, I decided to purchase a Reg Barber. I discovered the company had gone out of business and that very few vendors still had the item in inventory. Fortunately, I was able to find my size tamper (58mm) at 1st coffee. I phoned the company and was told they only had "pink" handled tampers. Pink is NOT my favorite color, but the scarcity of Reg Barber tampers throughout the industry outweighed my concern. In the end, the tamper arrived in perfect condition and stands out next to my Appartamento. One star was subtracted from rating since I was initially told by 1st coffee that they only had pink tampers left in their inventory. I see on their website they now have Reg Barber Gold tampers in my size.

Great company! Parts ordering could use better interface ease, but the part I needed was express-delivered at no extra charge. All else equally excellent. Still the best expresso-based site and company on the net. Have received the coffee too, and am looking forward to trying it.

I am so very happy to have my same machine - The Export, Ponte Vecchio, back in my life and also the fine coffee grinder recommended by Jim. Awesome team at 1st Line Equipment and fast shipping despite the crisis we are all in. Speaking of which, what better way to get through COVID-19, having the ability to have true Barista at home for our family. Great product but would have been nice to get a “ how to use the product manual.” I realize I bought an of the floor model, but having one sent would have made it an even better experience.

The support I received in making my Bianca double boiler espresso / grinder purchase was very "personable." The staff thoughtfully worked with my thoughts in how to best put together a combo package to help me replace my old espresso / grinder. I especially appreciated how the conversation took on a "problem solving approach" versus a "sales pushing approach" as one might expect when making a large purchase. Thus, I would highly recommend 1st- Line to anyone desiring to research / purchase any type of espresso / coffee package.

Good information on their website and fast shipping. My only gripe was that they stuck their own "Review Reminder" sticker onto the metal plate covering my espresso machine's water tank and that sticker left so much goo residue on the machine.

Great grinder (Atom 75), great machine (Lelit Bianca). 1st Line has been a pleasure to work with. This setup destroys my 3 year old Breville.
