7 Continents Travel Ltd Reviews

Jenifer is my plug for all my travelling plans. Good customer service. Very helpful and makes travelling easier.

Thanks honey for the ticket, at last you managed to get a ticket at my budget. Service is fine. Honey gave me some options within my budget.

Brilliant, bespoke Umrah package for a seamless travel experience. Our allocated travel agent, Mr. Taimoor, was fantastic; he replied promptly and was incredibly helpful throughout. No request was too much for him. Traveling with family, including a baby, can be a stressful experience, but Mr. Taimoor did his best to make it as easy as possible for us. We were able to relax and focus on our Umrah without worrying about any other details. The package was tailored to our affordability and convenience, including stays at the Voco Makkah and Zaha Al Munnawarra in Medina. We would thoroughly recommend 7 Continents Travel ltd for travel needs, particularly for pilgrimage. May Allah add barakah to their business."

Booked again after 5 years with this company this time with Taimoor, he was very efficient and communicated really well for what I had on my mind, we ended up with what generally expected with the flights/hotel etc.
The only negative point i'd make which is not actually not the company's or even Taimoor's fault is not to book close to Hajj season as Visa becomes complicated and may have trouble getting into makkah due to certain government rulings other then that Alhamdulillah it was very good and a smooth journey.

I booked our Umrah package with 7 continents for December 24.
Alhamdulillah I received excellent customer service from the first day of the booking until we got back home.

We did incur a big problem with the hotel at Madinah Shareef but brother Aleem who was out agent helped us through that situation to the best of his ability.

I received a really good package for us 5 family members. Hotels were lovely, flights worked out nicely and the transport provided couldn't be any better.

I will definitely be using their service again In sha Allah.
Big thanks to brother Aleem.

I just had a pleasure booking my trip through 7 Continents travel and brother Hadi who helped me with everything till the end. They took time to understand my preferences and provided near hotels as I was travelling with a 21months old. Brother Hadi took everything in account and got me packages and hotel which would suit us better.

The team handled all the details — flights, accommodations, activities — and made sure everything was perfectly coordinated. I especially appreciated their responsiveness; they were always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth, enjoyable trip.

Me and my family will definitely be using their services again for future travels!

Thank you Brother Hadi for making my vacation unforgettable!

Amazing experience which was super seamless and stress free. All my accommodation and visa requirements were handled promptly and efficiently which really allowed me to focus and enjoy my holiday. Also, Taimoor was extremely helpful and I would recommend using his if you want someone to take away the stress of booking. Absolutely amazing guy!

Really great communication and polite staff. The packages were fantastic and Danish really accommodated our requests. I would most definitely recommend!

We have just returned from Ummrah
I wanted to congratulate this company for a excellent service and full communication throughout
We will inshala use you again

We used 7 Continents Travel for Umrah during Ramadan 2025. We went for the first 9 days. Taimoor was very helpful. The flights were convenient and the hotels were both very close to the masjid in Makkah and Madinah. He also organised the transfer from Jeddah to Makkah. For peace of mind, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. In Madinah when the receptionist couldn't find our details, Taimoor (via WhatsApp) immediately located them. Good service.
