The Site Team at Oakwell Place have been very helpful and willing to rectify any outstanding remedial works. This is our 1st home and we are quite new to everything, with the team there we are able to enjoy this even more. Also, the sales team have been supportive and helpful during the purchase process which we are thankful for. Lucas and Agnieszka, Plot 21.

Moving into our dream home has been an incredible experience, and we absolutely love it! The Abbey New Homes team, especially Michelle, were welcoming, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire purchasing process.

A special thank you to our site manager, Dean, who went above and beyond to ensure our move was seamless, even when I went into labor on moving day. Dean was exceptionally personable, consistently checking in with us to ensure the quality of our new home met our expectations and promptly addressing any snags. We couldn't be happier with our new home and the outstanding service we received.

Simon has been most helpful with snagging and always a phone call away, very happy with my home and my experience with Abbeys in Imperial gardens Folkestone.

We recently moved into a new build with Abbey Homes, and honestly things couldn’t have gone better ! With just a small amount of snags they were able to fix everything in a timely manner.
We are really grateful to Connor the site manager! He has been a great go to and so happy to help, thank you all at abbey homes for making this as stress free as possible and amazing customer care !!

We have lived in our new home over a week now and it has been great. The house itself has been built brilliantly. With all new houses there are a few snags here and there, but all minor and have been rectified within a few days. Dean the site manager who is a lovely guy, has swiftly made sure everything is to our satisfaction and has constantly been available throughout our moving in process, as well as answering all of our questions. Michelle at the Abbey New Homes office was so lovely and friendly and made us feel very comfortable. She gave us all the information we needed and asked for, not only when we came to enquire but throughout the whole purchasing process. This is our first home and has been a great experience. We would highly recommend this company for anyone who would like to buy a new build house.

It was a very nice experience with the whole process of buying my property. Michelle and Dean well experienced and kind enough people for their profession.
Michelle has great talent of having all information in hand and quick answers to questions.
Dean is so helpful and knowledgeable person with all Maintanance issues and questions. He really wants to make all customers satisfied.

Handover was very thorough and snagging was minimal and dealt with easily.

The process of purchasing a new Abbey home 3 months ago was facilitated by the supportive and informative sales team. Karen’s attention to detail was great.
The inevitable snagging that followed the move has been dealt with quickly and effectively by Mic which can’t always have been easy (thanks very much). This has really enabled the lovely new home to be enjoyed.

....we've just moved into our new house bought from Abbey House and are extremely satisfied with the James / Sales Advisor support from the very beginning to the day we've moved in there.
James served his support, advising us the parties involved (broker, solicitors) which also offered great service keeping up with all the deadlines.
We've got the key to the house as it was agreed on the first time we've met and with some questions that we had James offered his support straight away by contacting relevant people from the company sharing back all the information he received with us.

We recently purchased our new home from abbey about 2 weeks ago , all of the team members were really supportive. Dean , one of the team member was really amazing , we cannot express how happy we are , he is such a talented person and always been helpful. whenever we call for anything he will answer the calls and tries to sort it out quickly as much as possible .we haven’t heard of him saying NO to anything ,if it’s small or big any issues , he can handle it well with a smiling face 😌 we are so thankful to him , as well as to Michelle who helped us to buy our dream house . My fiancé & I have just secured our dream

Wonderful Sara. Sara from the first time we met her for our viewing a week ago became more of a friend.

The fact that I cried when I walked into my now house just made us realise this was the one .

I purchased a Abby Homes house in had a few problems which have been handled by Dantie of Abby Homes , some of these problems have taken time to resolve , but they have been resolved and I’m very satisfied with the results . The problem was trying to get reliable contractors in the end Dantie of Abby Homes found a reliable contractor to complete the work. I was always kept informed of what was going on and my calls were returned. The after sales service was very good and I’m very happy with the service from Dantie and Abby Homes.Dave

Curtis and the team have been professional and helpful through the process from viewing the property and getting the keys on completion day, to helping resolve any outstanding snags. He always gets back to you quickly if you have any queries or issues and understands the urgency of any problems.

Purchased our first home from Abbey around 6 months ago. Sales process was smooth and we had great service from Sara in helping us choose the best plot for us. The snagging process was excellent and conducted brilliantly by Simon the site manager. There were a number of small snagging issues, as expected with a new build, all dealt with promptly and efficiently by Simon and his team. Communication has been excellent throughout.
