I am having a wonderful experience with Acadium. I found the Acadium platform through my research. I was to seek out opportunities to gain hands-on experience with digital marketing. I also thought it would be an excellent way to maintain any skills I desire that align with digital marketing. My experience so far as an apprentice, I love the various free tools of courses and tasks you can do while even doing an apprenticeship. I love the engagement and support I received from mentors I had and how much more I know now about digital marketing. I also look forward to joining the Acadium Plus Program sometime soon.

I did an apprenticeship on Acadium for 3 months. I heard platform is pretty hit or miss for some people, but I'd still strongly suggest it. I got on really well with my mentor, and even after the apprenticeship we moved into a freelance relationship and it's been great. I used my experience there to strengthen my portfolio, got my mentor to write me a reference letter, and I was able to land a role at my dream marketing agency not long after. I recommended it to my friend, and she also enjoyed her apprenticeship. All in all, the apprenticeship is what you make of it.

I was matched with a great Mentor, Amaria and she was all loving. I enjoyed my apprenticeship and I enjoyed the courses in the app.

My last experience was great. My mentor, Naya, taught me so many things that I didn't even know I didn't know and showed me how to work more efficiently and smarter

Acadium was a great app for me, I was matched with a very interested company in Canada which I still work with, I love how organized they are and how Acadium was checking that everything was going well.

I never knew my story writing gift can be deployed in marketing until I encountered Acadium platform and their mentors. I saw the business value of my artistic talent. I was matched with the right persons that can help deploy my skills appropriately.

I am fired up to vigorously pursue a career in digital marketing, CRM and PR. The fact that I do not have a degree in any of these areas does not deter me. Acadium gave me this confidence.

I signed up for Acadium back in 2021, when I was intensely looking for opportunities to gain experience in the Social Media Marketing field ( I am relatively new to this field). Ever since, I have completed 3 different apprenticeships that have benefitted me incredibly, as it enabled me to improve my overall skillset, expand my knowledge base, gain significant REAL experience and grow my professional network. Also, the team at Acadium are quite prompt and responsive with their feedback and actions, whenever required, and the platform has been improving over the time. I would definitely recommend Acadium to people interested in looking to gain experience remotely, in the digital marketing space.

It was an absolute pleasure to have undertaken an apprenticeship at Acadium. During the apprenticeship, I gained invaluable experience such as learning how to properly use a variety of tools in video marketing, graphic design, content creation, social media management, Video SEO, researching, and, understanding the dynamics of operating in a professional environment.

The Mentors at Acadium were extremely supportive and patient in their guidance, always providing detailed explanations of the tasks at hand.

The staff at Acadium were also more than willing to answer any questions I had and were eager to go the extra mile to ensure that I had the best possible chance of success during my apprenticeship.

My video editing and content creation projects are enjoyable and rewarding, allowing me to explore the topics of interest in great detail. The process of researching and creating content was both challenging and rewarding as I discovered new insights and skills every step of the way.

Overall, my apprenticeship at Acadium was an extremely satisfying experience. The skills and knowledge I acquired during the time I spent there will stay with me for many years to come. Acadium is the best platform to gain practical experience in digital marketing.

I’ve had 2 great apprentices through Acadium and one not so great. The not so great match was my second one. It was obvious within a week it wasn’t going to work. Acadium stayed in touch to see how things were going and were quick to find a replacement. They also ensured that my 3 month period started again so I didn’t miss out on time.
One downside is the auto renew. You need to make sure you cancel it well in advance, which is fine as your existing apprenticeship continues until ot ends anyway.

I recently completed my apprenticeship through Acadium, I got to work on social media engagement strategies for my mentor. Good thing about Acadium is the variety of experiences in digital marketing that you gain by working with people from any corner of the world and you get constructive feedback from the mentors which helps you to hone your skills further.I
will recommend it to anyone who is looking to gain real world experience in digital marketing.

We found the onboarding to be difficult because of time zones, as clearly they need to outsource a majority of their options. And the onboarding time counts against your 12 weeks as well.

Then be prepared for an automatic renewal, with less than 7 days notice- and it's non-refundable, so hopefully you love this service!

It's a nice idea, but in practice, I think you'll find other virtual assistant services elsewhere more rewarding and flexible, along with remote workers and even AI.

Horrible experience!!

Needed support in November 2022 and was matched right away with someone and looked promising. This person was enthusiastic and helpful until we asked for SEO work to be done. Then they stopped responding to our messages and I cancelled her apprenticeship and was matched with another sub par candidate that worked 2 jobs and didn’t have time to support us.

Now 2 months later and we have still yet been matched, they won’t refund me my money back and It’s been 2 weeks and no new candidate. This is not a good business model and the vetting process is a joke. 15 min interview is not enough to make sure these folks are able to commit to an apprenticeship.

Anyway, avoid the stress and just pay for the support or go directly to Universities or Colleges and get marketing interns.

IITS A SCAM!! I don’t usually write bad reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience to save others from the frustration I’ve felt using Arcadium.

Please don’t use this company. It’s is a scam and a complete waste of time and resources, especially if you are a small team.

So far we have paid for 6 months of work and so far NOT ONE POST HAS BEEN MADE

We had a truly annoying and frustrating first 3 months from July - oct. We were introduced to an intern who seemed like a good fit. However it took ages for her to reply to our messages, no contract was signed with her, and in the end she took a full time job with a company without doing ANY work for us.

Unfortunately Arcadium took another 3 months subscription automatically with NO AUTHORITY AND NO FOLLOW UP TO SEE IF WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE forcing us to stay with the company as we had spent our comms budget.

We were given another intern in November and THIS INTERN IS AGAIN BELOW PAR. Despite meeting with her once a week and spending considerable time and energy on her we STILL HAVE HAD NOT ONE SM POST MADE that has been good enough to post.

We are a small not for profit doing our best in a very challenging climate and Arcadium is not providing any kind of decent service.

They have refused to give us a refund and instead suggested we find yet another person which means more time and energy.

Save yourself the money and find a decent digital marketer. In this company they just take your money with no shame.

I have learnt a lot for free, this has really opened my mind in terms of digital marketing. I met this company as an enthusiastic young man willing to explore digital marketing not knowing where I was going as I didn't have enough resources for the course but this picked me up and made my dreams come to life. Now am not yet where I want to be but I can see that am not where I used to be. Many thanks to Acadium and the team!

Good communication from Acadium, but a poor experience with the mentor acquisition process (0 for 5 in two months). I signed up in October of 2023 and followed all the steps they (nicely) outlined to set myself up for success. The first match didn't meet my requirements. They quickly re-matched me. The second person didn't have a firm grasp of the English language. They re-matched me. The third person started, and after a week, I received a text that something had come up and they needed to withdraw. I was matched to a fourth, we scheduled a time, and they didn't show. After I followed up twice, they said they had too much going on and couldn't take on an apprentice role. I met with my fifth match and quickly learned they wanted to learn about digital marketing but weren't interested in performing research to work on my project. Today I reached out to the 6th match to confirm our time, and they said they weren't feeling well and needed to reschedule. Humans get sick, and they have things come up however the 10+ hours I have spent organizing and preparing for conversations that never occurred is unfortunate. I reached out to customer support to ask for a phone call to discuss my concerns and was told they are a small team and cannot manage that. From a customer experience standpoint, there is a big opp here for Acadium. Not getting anything other than "we are happy to rematch you if you'd like" from their team after six failed launches is a bummer and not the way I believe any company actually intends to show up. Nonetheless, that is how my experience shook out.

I was able to be matched with an excellent intern. She went overboard and helped me a lot . The team at Acadium was able to answer all my questions .
I highly recommended them . I am starting my in the next week with my new intern.

SCAM!! Do not give this company your money. Once you are "matched" with an apprentice, you are no longer able to get a refund. The apprentice does not have to do any work or even communicate with you. I have been given the runaround for 4 MONTHS. I have been rematched multiple times, and no one has shown up to meetings or even logged in to the email and asana board I provided. All of their customer service reps are overseas, so good luck talking to someone. The CEO, Moe, has come up with a brilliant scam to get people's money, not to mention time. I will be reporting them to the BBB in Canada, and the US.

I am really thankful for the opportunity to get to work on real problems within a team that helped me apply my skills and knowledge to either solve or improve these issues. I learned and gained much needed experience on many fronts (presentations, meetings, etc.). You can only get better at the things you practice and this was that chance, thanks
