Excellent support and smooth experience. I contacted AceThinker because I needed to deactivate my AcePDF license on an old PC and transfer it to a new one. The support team responded quickly and provided a new key without any hassle. Everything worked perfectly on the first try.

Jim from the support team was professional, clear, and efficient. This is exactly how customer service should be. I am very satisfied with both the software and the support, and I will definitely recommend AceThinker to others.

Several severe Issues:
1. Conversion from PDF to Word: At least so far, two words were not converted correctly:
1.1 The word "coffee" in PDF is converted to "cofe fe" in Word
1.2 The word "buffet" in PDF is converted to "bufef t" in Word
2. Unicode was 10% supported: Unicode text is working with Notes but not with other functions such as Text Box, Call Out, Annotation and Watermark.

It will be a great product for the price once these serious problem are fixed.

The cost was very reasonable! When I inquired about putting my software product on another laptop, I was informed that it was so mentioned in the purchase. I did have trouble putting it on the laptop, but was given another license code which did the job. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks AceThinker!!

What stands out most about AceThinker is their customer service. I had a minor issue with my license code (my bad), and their support team resolved it almost immediately!

As for the AcePDF program itself, it is very user-friendly. I'm not the most tech-savvy person, but I figured out how to annotate and password-protect my PDF files within minutes. It just works. Highly recommended if you want something simple and effective!

I've had a problem with my license code for a Viceo Editor. After a massive PC crash I've lost all my apps, but I got a new code with no time and all the help. After showing my old receipt ofc :)

They have an excellent customer support. I contacted them related to OCR and Compressing file upload issue. They resolved it right away. I bought 5 lifetime subscription. It essentially does all function that Adobe pro at a discount price.

Had an issue with my software key for their PDF application. Their customer support team was notified, and the problem was resolved the next morning. Appreciate the fast service. I've only used the software a few times but the Windows version seems to be very capable and in my opinion compares well, if not better than similar PDF apps.

I had an issue reinstalling one of their software that I purchased from a different distributor after my hard drive failed, and the support team at AceThinker was outstanding. They responded quickly, helped me resolve the activation problem, and even provided a new code right away. Everything works perfectly now. Amazing product makes editing my PDF files a breeze! I can easily delete pages, extract pages, rearrange pages, edit the layout, text, and images on any page, combine PDF files, and convert pages into images, Word, and other formats. Works better than I expected.

Ordered AcePdf and paid for it through PayPal. PayPal confirmed transaction. Purchased Personal Lifetime edition $49. No response from AceThinker, no confirmation, no activation information. Tried to contact through email on site, email bounced. Not atrustworthycompany.

UPDATE: Problem was caused by glitch in PayPal link. Company responded within 24 hours. AcePdf is the best PDF program I have found. Best alternative to Adobe

I purchased the ACE pdf lifetime license and first of all I am impressed that it can do everything Adobe can do. I am in the process of testing it and so far I think I am going to convert all my employees to the ACE PDF product. I had trouble loading the software on my 2nd device and I sent them and email and they responded quickly with a 2nd license key. I am very pleased with them and I cannot wait to dump ADOBE. I do not like that company with their subscription based products.
