Have been using ace utilities for over 10 years...Great program to reduce the volume of crap stored on the computer. Also GREAT customer service!

I just got a new pc and moved to windows 11. The install of AceThinker did not go well for me. I contacted support many times and they were always prompt and patient with me. Finally got all installed and the code key entered successfully. I appreciate their patience and quick response. I also love the product! It's so easy to use.

I have had the Acethinker software since 2017. Never any problems with the software. I bought a new laptop and wanted to transfer the software. Realized I didn't have the original license or receipt. Customer service helped me transfer the license anyway. I can't believe we have a company that goes so far to stand behind their products and support their customers.
I am so amazed and grateful because the software is amazing too.

I've been up for hours searching for a safe, high-quality, trustworthy YT to mp3 converter for something I'm doing. And this is just what I was looking for! The conversion quality was very good, there were no shady ads, no redirecting to other sites, just great! Though, it took pretty long to begin downloading.

I have very simple needs for PDF conversion, and as such was looking for a less expensive product. The AceThinker PDF product has handled my needs well. I had issues with installation, and the replies to my emails were prompt, professional, and helpful. The issue was resolved quickly.

I have lifetime license of Aqua Clip. My license did not work when I reinstalled Aua Clip in my laptop after formatting it. When requested via email to send me new license key, I received new license key within an hour. Thanks to AceThinker team for supporting me.
This software is really excellent to download videos, movies and educational videos from many streaming platforms. I suggest to AceThinker team to add more streaming platforms such as JioHotstar (Formally known as Disney+Hotstar), Netflix, AppleTV and Airtell Extream Play.

I just bought Ace PDF Pro, so I don't have much to say about the product yet. I'll resubmit my honest opinion after I've used it for awhile.

But service is top notch. I had an issue with reinstallation and they responded very quickly with no hassle. I look forward to using their product.

Great support system. I got into some trouble after updating to Sequoia and the problem was solved within minutes.

David Weigert was super and helped me when I transferred my subscription to new computer when I lost my license key.

Tried this program, but got a black screen. No energy to try it further.

The quality and ease of use of the Logo product translated into a sequence of other digital products, of different usefulness but unchanged quality. But in fact, the company's biggest difference is in post-sales customer support, which in most cases does not follow the same commitment prior to selling and paying for the product. Acethinker, in some way, seems to consider the post-purchase customer as part of the company, given the ease of contacting the company, added to the agility, attention and efficiency, which in my case translate into 100% of demands always being resolved within a range of Such a brief time, sometimes I would say immediate. It was in this extremely trustworthy environment that today I consider there to be a partnership whose striking difference and trust go far beyond a simple customer-product-company purchasing relationship. Congratulations, not as a compliment, but as recognition, speak for me.

Only works about 50% of time no matter what settings you use. Also, support is non-existent. You get what you pay for.

Technical support has always been helpful.

I had a problem reinstalling my lifetime license product on 2 PCs.
I whipped off an email (to the other side of the world from Australia).
Next morning, there were the instructions, clear as water, accurate as a pin-like mark that doesn't start with "pri%%" but happens when a pin is jammed into something (I'm making up analogies here, but the instructions were clear and precise).
Everything's fixed. I wish every tech support desk was this responsive!

Nice software and great communication with developer.

From what little I've used the software so far it seems to do exactly what it promises. The support staff is also extremely quick, responsive and helpful. They put pretty much all other companies' support staff, customer service and help centre tools to shame.
