My newborn has recently started to use the activity gym. I've noticed that the filling from the mat accumulates by my babies hands and feet when he's on the mat.

As any baby, my little one puts his hands into his mouth. I've had to stop using the mat because of the danger of my baby ingesting these fibres.

The product itself was one of the more expensive play gyms that I was looking at. However, because of the reputation of the company I decided to splurge and purchase the activity gym.

I have contacted the company about the issue and even supplied pictures. I advise any parent not to purchase this product.

I ordered 3 items , two were a duplicate, and one single item.
The delivery was swift via DPD and on opening the parcel, There were 2 items and not 3. The duplicate item was only one.I immediately emailed back to inform them and despite several calls and emails, no one has replied to me as yet.

Very easy to order and fast delivery. The Winnie the Pooh Muslim blanket was excellent quality.

Lovely website , very easily navigated. All products look gorgeous and my son and daughter-in-law were delighted with my gift for their little one due soon. Very fast delivery.

I am so glad I finally purchased this blanket. We received it yesterday and my baby has snuggled into it all night. It’s thin but has a weight to it which is amazing when he’s kicking around in bed, can’t wait to take it on holiday with us. Beautiful blanket

Fast delivery high quality items good promotion when purchasing

Customer service is bad. The website says the delivery within 3-5 days. I’ve been waiting for a week for my parcel, still haven’t recieved it. Sent message 3 times, no one helped with the issue.

I found exactly what I was looking for as a baby shower present for my pregnant daughter-in-law. The baby gym/playmat is perfect and the ordering system was quick and easy. It arrived within a couple of days and she was thrilled with it!

Quick delivery & lovely items

I placed an online order which when I received it was the incorrect order. I returned the item and I have proof from Royal Mail it was delivered. Aden & Anais have had my return for over 2 weeks now and I have had no acknowledgment of them receiving the return nor any update on my refund. I have emailed them which they have not responded to. I had to pay for my own return, which again, I am waiting for them to reimburse me for. I don’t understand what is taking so long!!

Ordered some from Amazon 2 months ago and still waiting for them. Ordered direct from you last week and they were here in couple of days brilliant

The product I ordered was described as 'supersoft and stretchy' my reason for buying was wanting a swaddle with stretch for a snug fit. While the product is soft and I can tell its good quality, there is no stretch at all in it, even after a wash so I'm quite disappointed.

Perfect Service, impressed

I ordered two sleep bags on the 20th June. I didn’t receive and confirmation email but the money was taken. I emailed to ask if the order had been placed and thankfully it had. After a few days my order arrived with only one sleep bag in it. I emailed again for the second to be sent asap and was told this would take two working days. It is now 4 working days later and I’m still waiting for the second sleep bag to arrive. Really not impressed for such a high end brand
