Your service was appalling

Your service was appalling, the large Aga fr freezer was a problem from the start and the small spare part I needed for the fridge drawer was not available after less than five years
The company does not take responsibility for spare parts and passes this on to a company that does not care a jot about the customer
I would never under any circumstances use your company again and I repeat my experience to everyone

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us.

Having reviewed the previous correspondence, I can see that in March, whilst I was away from the office, my colleagues had requested some additional information in order to investigate this further. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response and, without these details, we were unable to proceed further with identifying the correct spare part required.

Regrettably, from the images previously provided, we were unable to confirm the exact model or serial number associated with the appliance. Without this information, we were unfortunately unable to identify the correct part number.

If you are able to locate either a proof of purchase showing the model details, or any additional rating stickers on the appliance displaying the serial number, I would be more than happy to personally investigate this further for you.

Please accept my sincere apologies once again for the experience so far. We genuinely do want to do our best to assist further and I look forward to hearing from you.

Lak and Mark were great with communication and very polite and knowledgeable about the product as well as taking good care of it when moving the Aga.

Dreadful

Awful experience our new Aga nearly set fire to our house as the temperature thermostat wasn’t working so the hot plates just kept heating up in the end were glowing , we had copper lids and rails however they are not real coppwr had we known this prior to purchasing we we would of changed our choice , they do not withstand daily life like a normal Aga , putting washing to dry or even a wet tea towel discolours them , we have to to be careful not to use cleaning sprays only water which is rubbish for getting rid of grease , service has been dreadful numerous lids and rails and no compensation from aga

the engineers Lak and Mark who also drove the Aga from Lemington Spa where amazing. Kind and extremely good at their jobs. It was a pleasure. They ran through a demo and gave brilliant tips.

Delux 110 Induction Aga

Aga rescheduled deliver twice at short notice which was a bit disappointing. However, on the third occasion, Zen who was going to install our Aga called to say he could come a day earlier. He and Skip duly arrived, unpacked, installed and demoed the various features. Despite the initial delays, it was well worth it. Skip and Zen created a lovely installation experience. We love our new induction Aga.

Lak and Mark rose to the challenge of…

Lak and Mark rose to the challenge of removing a 20 year old 4 oven aga, despite steps, sharp tricky corners & more challenges besides. They worked very hard without a grumble & were most polite and respectful. Would definitely recommend them, delighted!

Great service for old range removal.

Removal of old Stanley range prior to Aga install shortly.
Lak and Mark messaged a few days before and gave an accurate arrival time.
They provided an excellent service & were extremely helpful with advice on the future install.

Top experience

Top experience, fast and efficient results.

Emailed enquiry for components required for Redfyre cooker, had a response from Michelle within less than twenty four hours offering the required part numbers and a direct line phone number for the parts department and spoke with Mark, who again was super efficient . He sourced the available parts and created an order and sent a link for payment to my mobile and everything was completed within minutes. look forward to parts arriving and keeping the old cooker going.

The AGA team at Telford were excellent

The AGA team at Telford were excellent. Rather than engage with me only by email, we had chats by phone and they couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and professional. They even managed to find me my perfect AGA in gorgeous British racing green - I’m very happy indeed! Best, Christine

Removal of old Rayburn

Excellent communication from Mark prior to collection date. Arrived on the date booked and within the timescale given. Both Mark and Lak were really lovely guys. So polite and nothing was an issue for them even though they were unable to get the lorry on the driveway which is gravel, they still managed to get the oven loaded onto the truck which couldn’t have been easy.
Mark also inspected access route into kitchen so he could make sure there would be enough men to bring the new Aga in. He also checked which Aga we ordered and were the Aga is going to make sure electrics for it were okay. I called my electrian and Mark was able to give clear instructions of requirements to him, so no hitches on the day.
Amazing service so far. :)

Mercury 1082 Induction

The delivery date was postponed twice (I was told due to component supply issues) but now its here, we are delighted with the quality and design of the oven. Simon and Paul (delivery and installation team) were really great; polite, friendly and efficient.
