AGA themselves dealt with our issue quickly efficiently and fairly in contrast to their appointed service agent who charged us over £600 call out charge which AGA addressed and refunded some to us.

Rangemaster Install

This is with regards to the the two gentlemen ( Lak & Paul)that removed my old gas cooker and installed my new rangemaster cooker .
I had a call the day before giving me a range on what time they would be arriving which was great . They both arrived on the time . The service received by both gentlemen was awesome . You normally don't get a walkthrough however we did which was really nice .

Thanks you to both Lak and Paul for a great customer experience .

Disappointing

Delivery process was good but slow ordered February received May. Had two problems on arrival the small oven door is slightly out of alignment and the magnets that hold it shut wouldn't hold until they had been unscrewed partly. The interior lining of the large oven has a hole in it responses have been slow.

Lak & Mark who installed our AGA were fantastic. On time, quick, polite, funny, and informative.
This truly was a 5* service.
The cooker, even though I have not used it yet, seems excellent.

Calls are answered quickly and the operatives are so helpful and kind.

Such a lovely two man team

Such a lovely two man team. Very professional very helpful. Went through the how to use the AGA talking through which oven to use for different cooking. Cracking jokes too even rang after they left to check every thing was ok with the AGA. Lak and Mark great guys

Very disappointing customer service.

I love the Aga, but the delivery was an utter mess with long delays and then a message to say they were unable to honour the LPG connection, informing me that I would need to find a supplier to do this myself. I went with DISS Ironworks because they advertised that they could connect the LPG. The excuse I received was that the supplier they used have gone into insolvency.

Unfortunately, due to one of our service providers unexpectedly ceasing trading, we were left without LPG installers available in your area at the time of your installation. We sincerely apologise for the disruption and inconvenience this caused.

To help support you in arranging installation, we have processed a payment contribution towards sourcing a suitable local LPG engineer.

We do appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear that you love your AGA despite the issues experienced during delivery and installation.

Your service was appalling

Your service was appalling, the large Aga fr freezer was a problem from the start and the small spare part I needed for the fridge drawer was not available after less than five years
The company does not take responsibility for spare parts and passes this on to a company that does not care a jot about the customer
I would never under any circumstances use your company again and I repeat my experience to everyone

Having reviewed the previous correspondence, I can see that in March, whilst I was away from the office, my colleagues had requested some additional information in order to investigate this further. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response and, without these details, we were unable to proceed further with identifying the correct spare part required.

Regrettably, from the images previously provided, we were unable to confirm the exact model or serial number associated with the appliance. Without this information, we were unfortunately unable to identify the correct part number.

If you are able to locate either a proof of purchase showing the model details, or any additional rating stickers on the appliance displaying the serial number, I would be more than happy to personally investigate this further for you.

Please accept my sincere apologies once again for the experience so far. We genuinely do want to do our best to assist further and I look forward to hearing from you.

Manoeuvring a massive AGA, with patience and precision

I was apprehensive about the logistics of having my 4-oven AGA removed, but my mind was settled by the phone call I received from Lak, a couple of days before my removal day. He was very reassuring that all would be well, and I wasn't to worry about him finding our house (deep in a forest), moving all the furniture out of the way and protecting my floors; he and Mark would do that. That phone call gave me peace of mind straight away. Lak and Mark arrived precisely on time, and they were organised and friendly. It was obvious how much experience they have, working in tight spaces, and they manoeuvred the massive AGA with patience and precision, without disturbing the countertop or cabinets. Their professional manner, good humour, pride in their work, and skilful teamwork got the job done perfectly. Thank you very much Lak and Mark. Your excellent customer service represents the very high standard I expect from AGA. I am requesting that you be the team that installs my new AGA please!
