Easy to order through the Esse spares site, everything I needed was sent well packaged and arrived safely within 2-3days ,great communication from Esse and the courier keeping me up to date with my delivery, very pleased with Esse and would definitely buy again if I need to thank you very much.

Where do I start…..we recently purchased a 1000XPro cooker made by Esse.

From the very first enquiry through to visiting the showroom the level of service and attention to detail was exceptional. Everyone we met was welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely happy to help, taking their time to answer our many (many!) questions.

Nothing ever felt rushed, the visit itself was a pleasure with the added bonus of a visit to the lovely cafe next door.

When making a significant purchase like this you naturally hope everything goes smoothly, and it did.

As for the cooker itself I’ve loved every minute of using it. I only wish I’d made the switch years ago. The flexibility of the Esse has been a huge advantage for us, working alongside our air source heat pump and solar battery this helps keeps energy costs down - something that’s more important than ever.

All in all, an exceptional product, backed by outstanding service. Highly recommend.

Excellent company to install (Waveney stoves and Ecoflue).
Always on time and just got on with it. Kept the house tidy, were always polite with excellent workmanship.

They made the stove look like it had always been there.
The stove is well made and positioning is carefully considered for the hot plate and oven. I love that I could cook directly over the embers with an additional shelf provided.
I must remember that cooking takes quite a lot longer than in the electric oven!!

I pay a monthly fee to your company, supposedly to cover breakdowns on system. My system stopped generating on 17th March. I’ve put in two tickets without any response as yet.
