Lak and Mark were great with communication and very polite and knowledgeable about the product as well as taking good care of it when moving the Aga.

Awful experience our new Aga nearly set fire to our house as the temperature thermostat wasn’t working so the hot plates just kept heating up in the end were glowing , we had copper lids and rails however they are not real coppwr had we known this prior to purchasing we we would of changed our choice , they do not withstand daily life like a normal Aga , putting washing to dry or even a wet tea towel discolours them , we have to to be careful not to use cleaning sprays only water which is rubbish for getting rid of grease , service has been dreadful numerous lids and rails and no compensation from aga

the engineers Lak and Mark who also drove the Aga from Lemington Spa where amazing. Kind and extremely good at their jobs. It was a pleasure. They ran through a demo and gave brilliant tips.

Aga rescheduled deliver twice at short notice which was a bit disappointing. However, on the third occasion, Zen who was going to install our Aga called to say he could come a day earlier. He and Skip duly arrived, unpacked, installed and demoed the various features. Despite the initial delays, it was well worth it. Skip and Zen created a lovely installation experience. We love our new induction Aga.

Lak and Mark rose to the challenge of removing a 20 year old 4 oven aga, despite steps, sharp tricky corners & more challenges besides. They worked very hard without a grumble & were most polite and respectful. Would definitely recommend them, delighted!

Emailed enquiry for components required for Redfyre cooker, had a response from Michelle within less than twenty four hours offering the required part numbers and a direct line phone number for the parts department and spoke with Mark, who again was super efficient . He sourced the available parts and created an order and sent a link for payment to my mobile and everything was completed within minutes. look forward to parts arriving and keeping the old cooker going.

The AGA team at Telford were excellent. Rather than engage with me only by email, we had chats by phone and they couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and professional. They even managed to find me my perfect AGA in gorgeous British racing green - I’m very happy indeed! Best, Christine

Excellent communication from Mark prior to collection date. Arrived on the date booked and within the timescale given. Both Mark and Lak were really lovely guys. So polite and nothing was an issue for them even though they were unable to get the lorry on the driveway which is gravel, they still managed to get the oven loaded onto the truck which couldn’t have been easy.
Mark also inspected access route into kitchen so he could make sure there would be enough men to bring the new Aga in. He also checked which Aga we ordered and were the Aga is going to make sure electrics for it were okay. I called my electrian and Mark was able to give clear instructions of requirements to him, so no hitches on the day.
Amazing service so far. :)

The delivery date was postponed twice (I was told due to component supply issues) but now its here, we are delighted with the quality and design of the oven. Simon and Paul (delivery and installation team) were really great; polite, friendly and efficient.

Installation of our new Aga completed by Skip and Zen this morning 28th of April. They arrived bang on time and 90 mins later all completed with no fuss or drama. All the oven's controls and functions were clearly explained. I thought this is just what you expect from a premium manufacturer and put a review on Trustpilot. Afterwards I found they had left the new range cooker with components loose and burners not adjusted correctly. Even though they fitted these components they left with no advice of the issues and moved on to probably do a crap job for someone else. Aga's Customer Service arranged for an engineer to resolve the problems and he arrived but had no accreditation to work on LPG appliances. What a disaster. So today 12th of May we are still waiting to use our £5k oven?? ?

We are new to Aga cooking and have always wanted an Aga so decided when our kitchen needed replacing this was the right time. We visited Aga - Kidderminster and was greeted by Roger . He was very helpful when wanting advice with which Aga to go with. We decided to go with the ER7 150 on Duck Egg. From placing the order right through to delivery their customer service was 100% and were very accommodating when we had a delay with having our new floor tiles fitted Linda changed our delivery date with no issues
Delivery day - the communication between Lak & us was amazing. Lak & Mark were friendly professional knowledgeable. Lak gave us some great tips and left his mobile number if we had any questions or issues in the future.

Being new to an Aga I am unsure of the correct terminology to use when describing a problem. Yet, the staff understood and went through all the facts in a simple, and easily understood manner. They gave options and other details should I wish to go further. In the end they had answered questions that I had not even formulated at that time. A complete service. I am impressed and can happily recommend Aga to anyone with such service as this.
