Skip and Zen delivered and installed…

Skip and Zen delivered and installed our new AGA. They were incredibly professional and helpful. Gave us plenty of tips for use and where to go for advice etc. Can’t fault there work.

Dwayne and Patrick did a brilliant job

Dwayne and Patrick did a brilliant job fitting our Rangemaster cooker. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was installed perfectly and left clean and tidy. Really pleased with the service

From the very first telephone…

From the very first telephone communication through to the delivery and installation, the service I received was outstanding. Lak and Mark were incredibly helpful, friendly, and respectful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, and were really thorough in showing me how everything worked, making sure I felt confident using the oven. I genuinely can’t fault the experience and would highly recommend their service.

Never AGAin

They don’t move fast, don’t return calls as promised and their system prevents an email conversation with just one person, every reply goes back into the main system with the same “thanks for contacting……., we’ll reply within 24 hours” receipt mail message. It’s infuriating as it’s their product not working, 11 days now since first contact and still no resolution!!!!!!

Rangemaster A* Customer Service

I just want to say a huge thank you to the Aga Rangemaster team for making the delivery and installation of our new Rangemaster so straightforward.

I also really appreciate the acknowledgement of all the issues we experienced with our previous cooker — it genuinely meant a lot.

Lak and Mark were fantastic, with Lak in particular standing out. From the outset he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, including fully testing the oven before leaving. It was a completely reassuring and professional experience.

The service was a world away from the third-party engineers we had previously dealt with. Unfortunately, those experiences were extremely poor — there was little knowledge of the newer model, no real sense of accountability, and overall a very frustrating experience. It’s hard to understand why Rangemaster relies on third parties when their in-house service is so excellent.

Despite the challenges we’ve had, Rangemaster as a company have been outstanding throughout — responsive, supportive, and committed to resolving issues. In contrast, our experience with John Lewis, where we originally purchased the cooker, was disappointing.

Overall, a very positive experience with Rangemaster and especially with Lak and Mark. Thank you again — it’s always a pleasure to deal with people who clearly care about their customers.

Original delivery date 20March 2026…

Original delivery date 20March 2026 changed due to manufacturing delays with revised date 10April.
2 days before delivery date and following conversation with installer had to contact AGA and told incorrect unit had been allocated.
Result of this being further delay of 6 weeks which was reduced to 3 weeks

Excellent experience with removal of…

Excellent experience with removal of old and delivery of new aga.
Office were very helpful with quick responses over queries of how to prepare space.
Delivery team (Lak and Mark) were very efficient and took time to explain how to work the controls.

Smooth installation of a dual fuel range cooker

It was a long wait for the product to become available but when the installation day finally arrived the installation went very smoothly. An existing gas range cooker was removed for disposal and the gas pipe connection modified to meet the connection requirements for the new cooker. Phil and Johnny were friendly and worked methodically to ensure that our new cooker was soon in place and connected without a hitch. The features and operation were explained and our first meal was cooked that evening. Well worth the wait.

Delivered not working!

The Aga was delivered on 12th March and the wok ring was not working. We had to wait until 8th April before the part came and it could be repaired.
When the engineer came he pulled the Aga across our new kitchen floor and scratched the wood across 4 planks the damage means the floor needs partially replacing.
I reported it straight away to Aga and they did respond immediately.
Not the service you expect from Aga very disappointed.

Well I have finally managed to get my…

Well I have finally managed to get my RAYBURN 345W repair with no help from AGA Living or EURO SAV. I managed to find a very helpful man at COUNTY CHOICE COOKERS who repaired it within 24 hours after I had taken from FRANCE to him and have now returned to France with.
Got very little help from EURO SAV.

Professional service

I bought a new Rangemaster cooker and needed a LPG conversion kit. I phoned Aga, thinking I would need to buy the kit. Aga were more than happy to send me one FoC. There was a slight glitch with the delivery, but with one phone call it was sorted and supplied on same day delivery, well in advance of my cooker delivery. Great service. Thank you!

Great customer service from Aga !

After 23 years the ‘Aga’ sign on the front of our Aga melted on the face probably because we were hanging damp clothes over the front to dry. I messaged Aga and Alex got straight back to sort the issue by offering a replacement badge at no charge! Alex could not have been more helpful even including a link to show how to replace it. Fantastic service from a great British company. Thank you so much.

A very easy process from order to installation.

The process from start to finish was very agreeable.
Mark and Lak the installers were very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Lak showed us how to use the aga and explained everything before he left.
The ladies at Cirencester were always very helpful, polite, quick to respond to my questions and made the experience very easy.

We are Very happy with Lak and Mark…

We are Very happy with Lak and Mark they are a credit to AGA. From the care they took in bringing the cooker into our home. To simple and clear directions that were given regarding the cooker, to the removal of all packaging. We bought our Rangemaster cooker because of their high quality and were delighted with all aspects of the delivery

Beware- breakages

Despite asking again and again to board the limestone patio the workmen decided to drag the pallet truck across and ended up breaking and damaging 6 paving slabs. Damage that was totally avoidable by using boards.

They wouldn’t listen and went against our wishes and went at everything far too quickly without preplanning or forethought.

Very poor service for such an expensive item.

Upon ordering with Tracey from Kendal…

Upon ordering with Tracey from Kendal AGA to taking delivery the whole process was a pleasure! The two delivery men Dwayne and Patrick were Wounderful! Took time to protect the door way in which the AGA was brought in through and showed respect whilst working inside the house which doesn’t go unnoticed these days. Very professional service can’t thank everyone enough.
